  • the drawing zone for the primary and secondary air, external to the burner and to the cabinet of the cooking apparatus, is thus substantially the same; in order to avoid the mixing of the primary air flow with the secondary air flow, besides appropriately choosing the shapes and the sizes of passages 6 and louvers 12, separation shields are advantageously provided, one of which is visible in figure 2 with reference number 17.
  • the burner object of the present invention has a greatly reduced vertical encumbrance; internal operations (for example the replacement or the regulation of the injector 11) can be carried out in a very easy manner, after having manually removed the flame separator 7 and the burner body 3.

Claims (7)

  1. Gasbrenner zum Kochen von Nahrungsmitteln, mit einem Brennerkörper (3) und einem Flammenverteiler (7), die eine etwa ringförmige Kammer (8) bilden, deren beiden Seitenwände entsprechende Reihen von radialen Flammöffnungen (9A, 9B) zum Erzeugen eines ersten, außerhalb des Flammenverteilers (7) liegenden Flammenkranzes und eines zweiten, innerhalb des Flammenverteilers (7) liegenden Flammenkranzes aufweisen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brennkörper (3) auf einem an der Kochebene (P) befestigten Sumpf (2) angeordnet ist, daß zwischen dem Brennerkörper (3) und dem Sumpf (2) eine Einlaßvorrichtung (6) zum Versorgen des Sumpfes (2) mit Primärluft von oberhalb der Kochebene (P) gebildet ist, und daß der Brennerkörper (3) einen oder mehrere Kanäle (12) aufweist, die sich radial zwischen der mittleren Zone des Flammenverteilers (7), in der der zweite Flammenkranz gebildet wird, und der peripheren Zone des Brennerkörpers (3) erstrecken, um den zweiten Flammenkranz mit Sekundärluft von oberhalb der Kochebene (P) zu versorgen.
  2. Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Einlaßvorrichtung (6) und dem einen oder den mehreren Kanälen (12) Trennmittel (17) vorgesehen sind, um ein Wiedervermischen der Ströme von Primärluft und Sekundärluft zu verhindern.
  3. Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brennerkörper (3) in einem niedrigeren Bereich einen rohrförmigen Abschnitt (4) und eine Mehrzahl von radialen Rippen (5) aufweist, die den Brennerkörper (3) auf dem Sumpf (2) haltern, wobei die Rippen (5) radiale Kanäle (6), die die Einlaßvorrichtung (6) für die Primärluft bilden, gegeneinander abgrenzen.
  4. Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Sumpfes (2) ein Gasinjektor (11) etwa koaxial zu dem rohrförmigen Abschnitt (4) angeordnet ist, und daß mindestens zwei Kanäle (13), die radial symmetrisch zu der Achse (14) des Injektors (11) angeordnet sind, den rohrförmigen Abschnitt (4) mit der Kammer (8) verbinden.
  5. Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (13) innerhalb des Brennerkörpers (3) gebildet sind.
  6. Gasbrenner nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb der Kammer (8) Trennwände (16) vorgesehen sind, die eine entsprechende Anzahl von Kreissegmentabschnitten in der Kammer (8) definieren, und daß die Trennwände (16) insbesondere an dem Flammenverteiler (7) oder dem Brennerkörper (3) gebildet sind.
  7. Gasbrenner nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl von Abschnitten gleich der Anzahl der Kanäle (13) ist, so daß die Flammenkränze funktionell in eine Anzahl aufgeteilt werden, die der vorgesehenen Anzahl von Kanälen (13) entspricht.
