Claims (16)
- Procédé pour le traitement par voie humide en continu d'un produit textile tubulaire (1), selon lequel le tissu prétraité par voie humide est gonflé à l'aide d'un agent gazeux pour former un ballon (15, 15', 15", 15"'), caractérisé en ce que le tissu, avant d'être gonflé, est amené sous la forme d'un boyau et est ramené à cette forme après le gonflage, puis passe sous la forme d'un boyau à travers un tuyau de submersion (17, 17', 17", 17"'), et en ce que ces phases du procédé sont ensuite répétées plusieurs fois dans un ordre analogue.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on répète les phases du procédé analogues par séries successives au moins quatre fois, de préférence au moins six fois.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le tissu (1) est aplati en largeur après avoir été gonflé pour former un ballon, puis est ramené à une forme de boyau et passe sous cette forme à travers le tuyau de submersion (17, 17', 17", 17"').
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le tissu, après le tuyau de submersion (17, 17', 17", 17"'), est amené dans un réservoir (19, 19', 19", 19"') et, de là, est prélevé en vue de la formation d'un ballon, après un temps de séjour défini, pour la répétition suivante de ces phases du procédé.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, immédiatement après le début de l'opération d'élargissement, on asperge de l'extérieur le tissu (1) gonflé pour former un ballon à l'aide d'un liquide de traitement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise le poids de la section de bande de tissu située dans le réservoir (19, 19', 19", 19"') pour réguler la vitesse de prélèvement du tissu (1) du réservoir correspondant.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un réservoir pouvant recevoir 2 à 20 kg, de préférence 4 à 12 kg de tissu.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 pour le blanchiment et le lavage en continu d'un produit textile tubulaire, en particulier d'un tissu maillé, caractérisé en ce que le tissu à traiter (1) est préalablement imprégné de l'agent de blanchiment, est chauffé à l'aide de vapeur, est laissé dans une chambre de vaporisation (11) pendant un temps de séjour de 10 à 60 minutes, de préférence de 30 à 40 minutes, puis traverse un bain (12) avant la formation suivante d'un ballon.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, à la fin du traitement par voie humide, le tissu (1) sortant du tuyau de submersion (17"') sous la forme d'un boyau est gonflé à l'aide d'un agent gazeux (15"') pour former un ballon, est déroulé en largeur par l'intermédiaire d'un rouleau puis de préférence aplati en largeur et déchargé en largeur.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on contrôle une éventuelle torsion du tissu en forme de boyau (1) immédiatement avant de le gonfler pour former un ballon, et on le détord éventuellement en conséquence.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le tissu (1), à chaque fois qu'il entre dans le tuyau de submersion (17, 17', 17", 17"'), est réuni en un boyau dans une trémie d'immersion (18, 18', 18", 18"').
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comportant plusieurs paliers de traitement qui sont reliés entre eux en série de manière fonctionnelle et qui comprennent chacun au moins un dispositif de gonflage (14, 14', 14", 14"') pour gonfler le tissu prétraité par voie humide, caractérisé en ce que chaque palier de traitement comporte, après le dispositif de gonflage, un tuyau de submersion (17, 17', 17", 17"') pourvu d'une amenée de bain (24, 24', 24", 24"') et destiné au passage du tissu sous la forme d'un boyau à travers le bain qu'il contient, et en ce que des moyens (18, 18', 18", 18"') sont prévus pour redonner au tissu (1) la forme d'un boyau après le dispositif de gonflage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de submersion (17, 17', 17", 17"') s'étend en zigzag ou suivant une forme ondulée si on le considère dans le sens vertical, de telle sorte qu'il présente sur toute sa longueur une inclinaison dans le sens de passage du tissu, et en ce qu'il fait 4 à 20 m de long, de préférence 7 à 14 m.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, après chaque dispositif de gonflage (14, 14', 14", 14"'), une unité d'aplatissement (16, 16', 16", 16"') qui saisit la largeur du ballon (15, 15', 15", 15"'), côté sortie ou extrémité, afin d'aplatir en largeur le tissu humide, puis les moyens de réunion destinés à introduire le tissu (1) sous la forme d'un boyau dans le tuyau de submersion (17, 17', 17", 17"') raccordé à la suite.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de submersion (17, 17', 17", 17"') est relié, côté sortie, à un réservoir (19, 19', 19", 19"') pourvu d'ouvertures d'évacuation de bain.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, à l'entrée du tuyau de submersion, pour réunir le tissu sous la forme d'un boyau, une trémie d'immersion (18).
