Claims (5)
- Ventil mit einem einen Dichtungssitz aufweisenden Ventilkörper und einem Dichtungsglied zum Aufrechterhalten und Abbauen des Vakuums in einem für die Vakuumkonservierung von insbesondere Nahrungsmitteln vorgesehenen Behälter, wobei die Vakuumkonservierung in Verbindung mit anderen üblichen Konservierungsverfahren wie Kühlen vorteilhaft verwendbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (1) mit einer ersten ringförmigen Wand (5), die den Endteil (6) des Dichtungsglieds (2) umgibt und sich zum Behälterinnern hin erstreckt, mit einem der Führung des Dichtungsglieds (2) dienenden, rohrförmigen Führungsteil (8), der der ersten Wand (5) gegenüberliegt und eine einen Dichtungssitz (10) für das Dichtungsglied (2) aufweisende, zweite ringförmige Wand (9) hat, und mit einer dritten ringförmigen Wand (11) versehen ist, die das Dichtungsglied nach Herstellung des Vakuums schützt und so geformt ist (13), daß das Öffnen des Ventils erleichtert wird, und daß das Dichtungsglied (2) einstückig ausgebildet, elastisch verformbar und so angeordnet ist, daß es mit einem axialen Loch (7) im Ventilkörper (1) zusammenarbeitet.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Endteil (6) des einstückigen, elastisch verformbaren Dichtungsglied (2) so geformt ist, daß es im Ventilkörper durch einen Einschnappvorgang gehalten werden kann.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (1) ein integraler Bestandteil eines Verschlußelements (3) wie beispielsweise eines Deckels ist.
- Ventil nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtungsglied (2) mit einem zylindrischen Teil (17) versehen ist, der mit dem Führungsteil (8) des Ventilkörpers (1) derart zusammenwirkt, daß ein korrekter Verschluß und eine korrekte Abdichtung erreicht werden.
- Ventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endteil (6) des Dichtungsglieds (2) die Form eines Kegelstumpfes oder einer Facette hat.
