Description

There has always been a requirement to knit the fleet evenly out of the goods in the case of knitwear in tubular form in successive processes of wet finishing without the so-called bow markings being recognizable in the tubular goods after being squeezed. For example, when dyeing knitwear with active dyes, it is necessary to maintain perfect quality, i.e. Dyeing quality, necessary to squeeze the tubular goods in a precisely defined manner.

When squeezing by means of the well-known squeeze mechanisms, according to which the tubular textile material webs are guided between a first motor-driven squeeze roller, which is rotatably mounted on the machine frame in a fixed manner and a second squeeze roller that can be delivered to the first adjustable pinch roller, bug marks are always produced in the case of two-layer flat tubular goods. That means that the edge of the two-layer flat tubular goods is e.g. deformed in the case of squeeze rollers with a relatively hard roller surface, while in the case of squeezing with rollers which have a relatively soft roller surface, the squeezing effect decreases. Part of the liquor squeezed out of the tubular goods runs back on both sides of the two-layer flat tubular goods after leaving the nip roller gap into the edge areas of the goods. This leads to qualitatively different results when spreading the fleet across the width of the goods. This means, for example, that in the middle of the goods the fleet is almost completely removed from the goods, while in the edges, i.e. in the bow, unwanted fleet continues to be located. In the case of goods which are poorly networkable, a bright bow marking and in the case of goods which are well networkable can result in a darker bow marking.

A wide variety of efforts have been made to remedy these circumstances affecting the quality of goods. Thus, according to DE-OS 36 19 922, a method for dyeing tubular goods and a device for carrying out the method is described, the task of which is to provide reliable bug marking even with difficult-to-treat materials and with a formulation of the reaction dyes that is not optimally adjusted to avoid.

According to the DE-OS it is now shown that that formed during padding The bow marking in the goods is laid after the padding and is squeezed again after the bow marking has been laid, but before it remains cold. The device for carrying out the method is only mentioned briefly. How the device for laying the bow marker and squeezing the tubular goods is structured is not explained in detail.

According to DE-OS 36 00 559, a device for wet treatment of continuously moving tubular goods is proposed, the task of which is to design them in such a way that any bowing marks resulting from the squeezing process are avoided in the tubular goods and a particularly uniform loss of goods is achieved. For this purpose, it is proposed that a circular cross-section is provided in the direction of movement of the tubular goods after the pinch rollers, which engages in the bow markings of the tubular goods which are present on both sides and holds the goods wide, each consisting of a right and a left tubular spreader in the bow.

Each ring of the hose spreader is intended to cooperate with an external pressure roller in such a way that the bow marking of the tube material is evened out between the respective ring and the pressure roller. However, the solution disclosed in DE-OS does not generally make it possible to avoid bug marks in the course of wet treatment of the tubular goods.

The European patent specification EP 0 166 316 describes a method for removing the bow marking from knitted goods in tubular form and a device for carrying out the method. According to this, the bow marking that occurs when dyeing the knitted fabric in the form of a tube as a result of the squeezing effect is to be absolutely avoided. According to this patent, this should be done in that the knitted fabric is balloon-inflated at least once during the fixing of the applied dyes by means of steam and laid flat again. As a device for carrying out the method it is provided to arrange at least one nozzle for inflating the knitted fabric between the immersion trough and the deflection rollers over which the tubular fabric is guided.

Furthermore, from US Pat. No. 3,501,818 a device for squeezing tubular goods is known, with at least two rotating driven squeezing members pressed against one another, at least one squeezing member being arranged inside the tubular goods and at least one other squeezing member being arranged outside the tubular goods, the squeezing members being off flexible endless rings with a substantially circular cross-section exist and are arranged to one another by means of support devices so that a pinch joint with an endless line of contact is formed between the squeezing members and the tubular fabric is passed through in one layer between the squeezing members. The known squeezing device has at least two decisive disadvantages.

A first disadvantage is that the device cannot be used for tubular goods of different tube diameters.

A second disadvantage is an insufficient squeezing effect. Similar to the double-layer squeezing of the tubular goods, there are no bow marks here, but un-squeezed longitudinal stripes along the length of the goods. This disadvantageous effect results from the arrangement of the outer squeezing elements.

A free space remains between the adjacent outer squeezing members, which leaves longitudinal stripes in the tubular fabric. The items to be treated that have not been completely removed from the tubular goods thus have a quality-impairing effect on the goods, namely similar to the known bow markings.

It is an object of the invention to provide a device for avoiding bow markings in textile tubular goods, which enables a defined, evenly squeezing of the tubular goods.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1.

Erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der weiteren Unteransprüche.Refinements according to the invention are the subject of the further subclaims.

On the process side, it is of particular importance that the wet tubular knitted fabric is not fed, as is known, in squeeze rolls in a flat, wide shape, and the liquor is squeezed out of the fabric, and the attempt is subsequently made to remove the resulting bow marks, but rather the wet tubular knitted fabric transferred from the laid-out state to a spread-out state and in the spread-out state, the goods are squeezed all around during a continuous goods withdrawal. Bug markings cannot even arise with this type of work. This is the advantage of the device according to the invention.

In Figures 1 and 2, the tubular knitted fabric 1 is in the form of a strand and is stored in a trough carried by a turntable 2. The goods can also be stored in a tray form in the trough 3. From the trough 3, the goods 1 run via a rotary tensioner 4 into a detangling head 6 arranged as high as possible on the machine frame 5. Downstream of the detangling head 6 is a flat spreader 7 attached to the frame 5, in which the tubular goods 1 are kept flat and wide. The tubular material subsequently passes via a first deflecting roller 8 to a second deflecting roller 10 arranged below a pair of fixing rollers 9. After the deflecting roller 10, a lower spreader head 11, consisting of support rollers 12 arranged in pairs and the associated paired fixing rollers 9, is provided. The fabric 1 now runs between the support rollers 12 and the associated fixing rollers 9 and is spread out in a circular manner by the device according to the invention, which is described below, and is squeezed in this way by a single squeezing mechanism 13, which is arranged inside and outside around the tubular fabric 1, with a continuous fabric withdrawal that the liquor can run down into the liquor container 14 on the tubing supplied.

After the squeezing, the goods 1 are drawn off via an upper spreader head 11 (FIGS. 2 and 3) and pulled off in a flat-spread form by a driven rubber roller arrangement 15, which is provided in the upper region of the frame 5. In order to achieve a constant pull-off force, the goods 1 can be guided in front of the rubber roller arrangement 15 via a dancer roller 16 with an adjustable clamping force provided after the upper spreader head 11 '. After the roller arrangement 15, the goods 1 are guided over a fold layer 17 arranged in the upper frame area and deposited in a container 18 in a paneled manner. It is also conceivable, instead of destacking the goods moist, to feed them to a dryer after the squeezing process.

The device according to the invention is to be explained in more detail below.

The device is accommodated in a frame, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 4 to 5. The frame 5 has in the lower part a container 14 for wet treatment of the tubular goods, the so-called liquor container. The goods are stored wet treated in trough 3. In the lower part of the frame 5, a carrying and adjusting device 22 is provided for the lower spreader head 11. This carrying device can raise or lower the lower spreader head 11 in the direction of the double arrows 26. Thus, the device carrying the lower spreader head 11 can adjust the height of the telescopic central support 19 with its lower and upper support 20, 21. This support device 22 for the spreader head 11 'provided there could also be arranged in the upper part of the frame 5. The detailed structure and the interaction of the individual elements of the carrying device is not essential to the invention and is therefore not described in more detail here. The squeezing device according to the invention is arranged within the frame 5. Its central support 19 consists of a central guide piece 23 and an upper support part 19a and a lower support part 19b guided thereon. The guide piece and support parts can be tubular, for example. On the upper support part 19a and on the lower support part 19b, the relevant supports 20, 21 are provided in a transverse plane distributed over the circumference of the support parts 19a, 19b. Each of these supports 20, 21 carries at its free end an arcuate support arm 24, which in turn receives at its free ends the one axis end of each squeeze roller pair forming pinch rollers 25, while the support arm 24, not shown, of the lower support 20 the other axis end of the respective one Pinch roller 25 takes. An associated lower support arm 24 is assigned to each of the upper support arms 24. Both support arms together take up two inner squeeze rolls 25, which together form an inner pair of squeeze rolls. The lower and upper supports 20, 21 thus, together with the support arms 24, establish a connection to the inner squeeze rollers 25, via which the tubular fabric 1 is guided. Due to the telescopic support 19, which supports articulated, ie rotatably and pivotably, supports 20, 21 on the lower and upper support parts 19b, 19a and the aforementioned stroke adjustment in the direction of the double arrow 26, the inner pinch roller pairs can be adjusted to the necessary diameter of the tubular goods 1 set will. Each inner squeeze roller pair is assigned a rotationally driven outer squeeze roller 27, which can be set on the inner squeeze roller pair in a horizontal plane and cause the tube 1 to be squeezed. The device designated as the outer nip roller system is now characterized in that the functional area of the carrier device 19 consists of two bearing rings 29, 29 'which are rotatably mounted around the carrier device 19 in the direction of the arrow 28 (FIG. 4) and are provided with only an external toothing 30,30'. exists and wherein both bearing rings 29, 29 'have a common drive 31. One of the bearing rings 29, 29 'is arranged below the functional area, while the other bearing ring is arranged above the functional area of the carrier device 19 and is rotatably received, for example, between roller guides 32, which are carried by arms 33 pointing into the frame interior. Each of the bearing rings 29, 29 'engages with a pinion 34, 34' via its external toothing 30, 30 '. The pinions 34, 34 'are connected via a vertically extending shaft 35 to a motor drive 31 connecting the shaft 35 via coupling 36. The lower and upper bearing rings 29, 29 'have, on the inside diameter on a pitch circle, mutually spaced bearing eyes 37, on each of which a pivot lever 38 carrying the outer nip roller 27 is rotatably mounted. Each of the swivel levers 38 is connected to a device 39 controlling the swivel movement of the swivel levers 38 and the contact pressure to be applied to the pinch roller pairs 24, for example a preferably pneumatically operated piston-cylinder unit. These devices 39 are supported on the relevant bearing ring 29, 29 'and are rotatably supported on the same at the same time.

In order to be able to continuously pull off the tubular knitted fabric during the squeezing, each pair of inner squeeze rollers 25 and the respective outer squeeze roller 27, which together form the so-called squeeze mechanism 13, are inclined at an angle α to the vertical, as shown in FIG. 6 for only one of the outer nip rollers 27 is shown. A further bearing ring 40, which is arranged circumferentially above the bearing ring 29 'and is also guided vertically between rollers 32' arranged on the frame 5, has external and internal teeth 41, 42. The external toothing 41 is in engagement with a pinion 44 driven by a motor 43. Further pinions 45 engage in the internal toothing 42, each of which is supported by a shaft 46 received in the bearing eye of the upper bearing ring 29 ′. At the free end, above the pinion 45, the shaft 46 carries a pulley 47. Also a pulley 48 carries the free end of the upper pinch roller stub, which is supported by the pivot lever 38 'of the bearing ring 29' nip roller 27 received. Both pulleys 47, 48 are connected to one another via a V-belt 49. As already stated, all of the squeeze rollers 25, 27 cooperating for the purpose of goods removal are arranged inclined in the same direction at an angle α to the vertical. With, for example, a squeeze roll inclination of 10 ° and with tubular goods of 1 m width (measured flat) and also at 60 rpm of the outer and inner squeeze systems which rotate the bearing rings 29, 29 ', a goods take-off speed of 20 m / min is achieved. Each section of goods runs about 10 times through a pinch column of each pinch mechanism 13.

In order to prevent the tubular goods 1 from being set in rotation with the squeezing units, each of the outer squeezing rollers 27 is driven by the aforementioned separate drive system starting from motor 43, in such a way that the outer squeezing rollers 27 roll on the tubular goods 1. The outer nip rollers 27 are therefore driven in opposition to the rotational movement of the inner system due to the rotation imposed on the inner nip roller system by the outer system. The directions of rotation are indicated here by the corresponding arrows in FIG. 4.

The motor 43 is electrically coupled to the drive 31, expediently by means of a frequency control (not shown in more detail). As a result, tolerances resulting from the rotation of the inner and outer squeeze systems with respect to the rotation of the separately driven outer squeeze rollers 27 can be compensated for. The tubular fabric 1 is thus kept free of rotation during the squeezing and the continuous withdrawal. This readjustment can be done manually or automatically.
