Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur Naßbehandlung von laufenden Warenbahnen, wie zum Waschen, Imprägnieren oder dergl., bestehend aus Anteilen zum Aufbringen von Behandlungsflüssigkeiten, durch die die Warenbahnen über obere und untere Umlenkwalzen, von denen nur die unteren Walzen in die Behandlungsflüssigkeit eintauchen, in im wesentlichen senkrechten Schleifen hindurchgeführt werden, sowie aus Vorrichtungen zum Entfernen von Behandlungsflüssigkeit von bzw. aus den Warenbahnen.The invention relates to a system for the wet treatment of running webs, such as for washing, impregnation or the like., Consisting of portions for applying treatment liquids, through which the webs via upper and lower deflection rollers, of which only the lower rollers are immersed in the treatment liquid essentially vertical loops are passed, and from devices for removing treatment liquid from or from the webs.

Wie Fig. 1 erkennen läßt, sind die verschiedenen Behandlungsabteile 10, 11, 12, 13 für die Aufbringung von Behandlungsflüssigkeit auf die Warenbahnen 26, zwischen denen Vorrichtungen 15, 16, 17 zum Entfernen von Behandlungsflüssigkeit von bzw. aus den Warenbahnen angeordnet sind, in der Höhe gestaffelt aufgestellt, so daß auf einfachste Weise eine Führung der Behandlungsflüssigkeit entgegen der Laufrichtung der Warenbahnen durch die Behandlung ermöglicht wird. Am Ende der Behandlungsanlage ist ein Endquetschwerk 14 für die Warenbahn 26 vorgesehen.As can be seen in FIG. 1, the
Eine Vorrichtung 10 zum Aufbringen von Behandlungsflüssigkeit auf die Warenbahn 26 zeigt Fig. 2. Man erkennt, daß die Vorrichtung Doppelschleifeneinzug hat und daß zwischen den größeren, äußeren oberen Umlenkwalzen 18 und den kleineren, inneren oberen Umlenkwalzen 19 Auffang- und Ableitbleche 22 angeordnet sind, durch die im Überschuß an der Warenbahn anhaftende Behandlungsflüssigkeit gezielt in die inneren Schleifen geleitet wird und damit besser ausgenutzt wird als bei bekannten Anlagen. Durch die einstellbare Lagerung der Auffang- und Ableitbleche läßt sich deren Lage leicht an unterschiedliche Betriebsbedingungen anpassen. Bei normal durchlässigem Gewebe kann ohne Berührung der Warenbahn gefahren werden, um das Durchdrücken der Flotte im Keilspalt voll zu nutzen. Überschüssige Flotte wird trotzdem aufgefangen und in den Zwickel der unteren Walze geleitet. Hier hat sie freien Durchtritt, da auf der anderen Seite der Warenbahn hier keine Flotte vorhanden ist. Wie aus der Darstellung der Fig. 2 zu erkennen ist, tauchen die unteren äußeren Umlenkwalzen 20 in die Behandlungsflüssigkeit ein, während die unteren inneren Umlenkwalzen 21 nicht mit der im Unterteil des Abteils befindlichen Behandlungsflüssigkeit in Berührung sind.A
Bei undurchlässigen Geweben mit der Gefahr von "Aquaplaning" auf den Treibwalzen kann mit Berührung der Warenbahn gefahren werden, um die Flotte auf der Unterseite abzustreifen und den Transport wieder sicher zu stellen. Statt eines Quetschwerkes für die Entfernung von Behandlungsflüssigkeit zwischen zwei benachbarten Abteilen, um die Behandlungsflüssigkeit besser voneinander zu trennen, kann auch eine Spritzdüse 24 vorgesehen werden, die auf Walzen 23 wirkt und dadurch eine Flottentrennung herbeiführt. Schließlich zeigt Fig. 5 eine sehr einfache Vorrichtung zum Ausgleich von Spannungen, die zwischen den einzelnen Warenbahnteilen während der Behandlung entstehen.
