Abstract

The box is made of two dinking shapes in cardboard with three layers which form two half-parts with holding potting connected steadily between them whose one acts as tray and the other as lid. The tray is formable before binding up in raising on the bottom (1) the four side parts (6, 7, 8 and 9) and then folded their tongues (10, 11, 12 and 13) which are glued on the initial parts of the two side parts (6 and 8). On the middle pieces of the two couples of borders come out four fitting up half-parts of the sector blocking means with a beating member (18) which brings on cutting line (19) the blocking tongue (20) lower down delimiting by the fitting-up gap (21). The lid is formable folding around the roof (22) the four side parts (27, 28, 29 and 30) and blocking in position by gluing of their tongues (31, 32, 33 and 34) on the initial parts of the side parts (28 and 30). On the middle parts of the two couples of the lid borders come out four half-parts, for fitting of the blocking means foreseen in the tray, with a beating piece (39) which brings on cutting line (40), not on the same exis in comparison with the cutting line (19) of the tray fitting-up means for permitting the tongue to turn around of 90° and to stay in that position until the closing time, a blocking tongue (41).

Description

The invention refers to a box, which preserves permanently it set-up, for confectionery retail sale which principally realizes a fundamental reduction in packaging means and times of the sold goods. Actually in the retail sale shops to make up the goods the sale agent, in relation to the ordered amount, takes and adequate tray, places on this tray a paper serviette generall decorated or scalloped and he puts the cakes on it. Then the sale agent puts the tray on a shelf, he lays a packaging wide sheet, which generally is taken from a below stock-shelf, and then he places centrally on it the tray with the cakes. At this point he begins the proper packaging making in consecutive phases which involves a considerable time of operation and which requires a certain skill. At first the agent, making use of a certain number of thin pasteboard strips, realizes in free disposition an overall vaulted structure which supports the subsequent package to avoid that the same presses on the cakes. To do this the Agent * must arrange in parallel, or eventually in crossed way, said strips in arc way on the tray introducing the ends of each strip between the packaging sheet and the tray bottom. This supported structure precariousness and the possibility that the same can disarrange itself during the packaged phase oblige the agent to act with a certain caution in the subsequent winding phase which determines the packaging. Then the packaging is closed with a tape or with other tying means for maintaining the blocking condition. This type of packaging presents considerable disadvantages infact for the retail sale shop involves a considerable packaging time, the necessity of more packaging means and in relation of an appropriate store, the use os skill agents and the use of a packaging counter. For the client determines instead a packaging very fragile which since that is not able to resist with the conventional strokes to what often a packaging is subjected during the shiftings particularly on the street with public or private transport.
The present invention permits said problem solution by using a new type of box, which preserves permanently its set-up, essentially characterized by combined parts unitable with rapid closing and in mnemonic way by putting into action in successive way two blocking means couples, each of what arranges on the two opposite sides of the box and movable simultaneously by rotating driving of small tongues holding between thumb and fore finger. Moreover the flared shape of the half-parts permits their disposition in stock in small overall dimensions. More specifically the box described in the present invention permits to greatly reduce the stock needs of the packaging means, it does not ask for an apposite shelf for packaging, it realizes a basically working time reduction, it does not ask for skill agents and it permits the chakes placing into a container which preserves permanently its set-up and which avoids to the goods damages originated by the pressure for the conventional strokes which are occured during transport.

The tray is formable before binging up in raising on the bottom 1, with folding on lines 2, 3, 4 and 5, the side parts 6, 7, 8 and 9 and then folded the tongues 10, 11, 12 and 13, on folding lines 14, 15, 16 and 17, which are glued on the initial parts of the side parts 6 and 7. On the middle pieces of the two couples of borders comes out four fitting up half-parts of the sector blocking means characterized by the beating member 18, which brings on cutting line 19 the blocking tongue 20 lower down delimiting by the fitting-up gap 21. The lid is formable folding around the roof 22, on lines 23, 24, 25 and 26, the side parts 27, 28, 29 and 30 and blocking in position by gluing of the tongues 31, 32, 33 and 34, folded on lines 35, 36, 37 and 38, on the initial parts of the side parts 28 and 30. On the middle parts of the two couples of the lid borders come out four half-parts, for fitting of the blocking means foreseen in the tray, characterized by the beating piece 39 which brings on cutting line 40, not on the same axis in comparison with the cutting line 19 of the tray fitting-up means for permitting the tongue to turn around of 90° and to stay in that position until the closing time, the blocking tongue 41 equipped with a principal fixing tooth 42, with a hollow lodging 43 for the tray tongue, with a guide tooth 44 for secondary fixing against the side oscillation and with a cone-shaped veil 45 of the lid over the tray. To permit a solidly constraint of the box half-parts, after to have brought the tongues on the beating parts the four beating parts 18 are introduced into the pertinent hollow lodgings 43 with wall gap so to bring the lip border to cover as a roof the tray border and then the blocking tongues 20 and 41 are carried again in position and the same for contrast come to determine a permanent constraint condition.
An execution version is seen in essential way and not limiting way in the drawings of sheets 1 and 2. With reference to sheet 1 fig. 1 is view of the dinking shape for realizing the tray half-part while fig. 2 is view of the other dinking shape for realizing the lid. It is visible in overflowing of the two said figures the constraint means which permit to form the box. It is also visible the lid shape which foreseen side parts 27, 28, 29 and 30 higher in comparison with the side parts 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the tray to permit its covering in constraint condition. In sheet 2 fig. 3 is view of one of the four box blocking means. It is visible the condition preparatory to the closing with opposite male and female half-parts and in particular it is visible the cutting lines 19 and 40 not on the same axis to permit to the tongue to turn arount of 90° and to stay in that position until the closing time. Moreover it is visible that said off-line condition is foreseen toward the fixed part of the blocking means to permit an easy keying of the box half-parts. Particularly, starting from the principal fixing tooth 42, the tongue presents an angulation of 65°. Fig. 4 is frontal view of the constraint means in using condition. Fig. 5 is perspective view of the box half-parts before the constraint condition. Fig. 6 is view of the closed box.
In the realization the dinking shape is to realize with inclined axis of 45° in comparison with the cardboard undulation so to guarantee and equal resistance for all the blocking means. In the realizations: the shape and the kind of the two elements could be foreseen in different way and the blocking means could be different foreseen on the base of the specific necessities.
