Definitions
- EP-A-142 904 describes a tubular bag pack and its manufacturing process.
- the pack has a longitudinal fin seam and two transverse fins as well as a tear tape parallel to the longitudinal seam.
- the package is made by pulling wrapping material from a roll, loading it with the tear tape and wrapping it around continuously fed products, after which the longitudinal seam is created. Finally, the transverse seams are sealed and the individual packs are separated at the same time.
- an untwisted series pack 1 which essentially consists of a tubularly processed packaging film, the longitudinal edges of which are connected to one another by a fin seam 2 in order to form a flat tubular bag pack.
- the upper wide packaging wall 3 of the tube formed in this way is also connected to the lower wide packaging wall 8 of the tube by transverse seams 4, 5, 6 and 7, which run from one longitudinal edge to the other, so that between these two wide packaging walls 3 and 8 of the Hose flat transverse food pieces 9, 10 and 11 are included.
- FIGS. 4 to 6 show a gusseted series pack 21 which essentially consists of a tubular packaging film, the longitudinal edges of which are connected to one another by a fin seam 22 in order to form a flat tubular bag pack.
- the upper wide packaging wall 23 of the tube formed in this way is also connected to the lower wide packaging wall 28 of the tube by transverse seams 24, 25, 26 and 27, which run from one longitudinal edge to the other, so that between these two wide packaging walls 23 and 28 of the Hose flat transverse food pieces 29, 30 and 31 are included.
- transverse seams 4, 5, 6 and 7 according to FIGS. 1 to 3 and the transverse seams 24, 25, 26 and 27 according to FIGS. 4 to 6 extend, as mentioned, through the entire width of the hose in order to produce an absolutely tight packaging , even if only one wrapping material is used.
- a tear strip or tear tape 14 is arranged in the area of the tube edge and parallel to the longitudinal fin seam 2 (FIG. 1), preferably on the packaging wall 3 opposite the longitudinal seam 2.
- two tear strips or tear strips 34, 34 ' are arranged, preferably on the packaging wall 23 opposite the longitudinal seam 22.
- tear aids are provided, for example in the form of notch cuts or incisions.
- the outer transverse fins are denoted by 4 and 7 or by 24 and 27 and the inner transverse fins by 5 and 6 or by 25 and 26.
- the inner transverse fins separate two pieces of food, while the outer transverse fins are located at the ends of the tubular bag.
- both the inner transverse fins and the outer transverse fins can each be provided with the same or different ripping aids.
- the tear tape should first be continuous, that is to say arranged through a plurality of packaging units, and preferably glued to the packaging wall.
- the invention is therefore fundamentally independent of whether and how the hose is labeled.
- the tear tape is preferably at a distance from the center of the pack that is at least 0.6 times as large as half the pack width.
- tear tapes can also be subsequently weakened together with the perforations of the transverse fin weakening or even completely severed.
- the weakening line 32 has, for example, a zigzag notch 35 which is located in the region of the tear tape 34.
- the weakening line 40 has, for example, a simple notch 45, which is located in the region of the tear tape 34.
- the weakening line 50 has, for example, a simple incision 55, which is located in the region of the tear tape 34.
- the weakening line 60 has, for example, a short interruption 65, which is located in the region of the tear tape 34.
- tubular pouch pack with tear-open aid according to the present invention are that only one wrapping material is required, that the pack can be manufactured with a high manufacturing output and is easy to open for consumers, that the tear-open tape can be visually identified by printing and that Individual packs are hygienic because no contamination can penetrate through the perforations, since only one portion is opened at a time and the rest remains hygienically packaged.
- the 11 has two large rolls 71 and 72 and two small supply rolls 73, 74, from which the wrapping material 75 or the tear tape 76 is pulled off.
- the products to be packaged are guided by a conveyor 77 to the packing station 78, in which the tear-open tapes are first applied to the wrapping material before the tube is folded. Then the pieces are inserted before the longitudinal seam is created.
- the transverse seam is carried out subsequently. The transverse perforation or the separation is also carried out in this station 79 or later.
