Claims (9)
- Kombination einer verschlußvorrichtung mit einer Flasche, wobei die verschlußvorrichtung eine Verschlußkapsel enthält, die mit dem Flaschenhals zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß sie zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende offene Schrägen (4) enthält, die am Flaschenhals (1) angebracht sind und in deren Mitte jeweils eine Außen-Einkerbung (8) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Verschlußkapsel (6) einen zylindrischen Mantel (10) enthält, der innen mit zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Verriegelungsnocken (5) versehen ist, die jeweils einen Aufnahmesitz (7) aufweisen, mit dem eine der genannten Außen-Einkerbungen (8) zusammenwirkt.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkapsel (6) einen Außenkörper (9) enthält, der mit dem genannten zylindrischen Mantel (10) durch einen biegsamen Ring (11) in der Weise verbunden ist, daß der genannte Außenkörper (9) an der Schulter (2) der Flasche (1) in Verriegelungsstellung anliegt.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägen (4) und deren Außen-Einkerbungen (8) direkt am Hals der Flasche (1) aus Glas oder Kunststoff ausgebildet sind.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägen (4) und deren Außen-Einkerbungen (8) an einem am Flaschenhals (1) befestigten Ring (3) ausgebildet sind.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Mantel (10) durch eine obere Endwand (12) verschlossen ist, die mit einem selbstdichtenden Verschluß (13) versehen ist, der in der Mitte der genannten Wand (12) zur Flasche (1) hin vorspringt.
- Kombination nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 2, da dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Mantel (10) mit seinen Verriegelungsnocken (5) und seinem selbstdichtenden Verschluß (13) aus einem Stück mit dem Außenkörper (9) und dem biegsamen Verbindungsring (11) besteht.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkapsel (6) eine geometrische Form hat, die zumindest in Verriegelungsstellung zu derjenigen der Flasche (1) paßt.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkapsel (6) einen Außenquerschnitt von regelmäßiger oder unregelmäßiger Polygonalform hat.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkapsel (6) an der Oberseite eine Ausrichtmarkierung, wie z.B. Striche (14), trägt.
