Ce distributeur de papier essuie-mains à dévidage central est remarquable en ce que le plateau (3) est agencé autour de son ouverture centrale (3,1) avec une forme en cheminée (3,2) remontant à l'intérieur du corps (1) ; ladite cheminée ayant pour fonction le redressage du papier préalablement mis en hélice et froissé lors du dévidage intérieur de la bobine; <IMAGE>

Description

  • L'invention a pour objet un distributeur de papier essuie-mains à dévidage central.
  • L'objet de l'invention se rattache au secteur technique des moyens de distribution de longueur de matériaux enroulés en bobines.
  • Notamment l'invention s'applique aux distributeurs de papier, ouate et matériaux similaires d'essuyage.
  • On connait des appareils distributeurs de papier essuie-mains à dévidage central. Les appareils comprennent un corps monobloc ou non avec un plateau support d'une bobine de papier essuie-mains. Le plateau est agencé avec une ouverture centrale autorisant le passage et la sortie par dévidage interne lors de l'action de tirage par un utilisateur. Un couvercle généralement en matière plastique recouvre et protège la bobine en venant s'agencer et se fixer de toute manière appropriée sur la périphérie du plateau. Ce corps dans sa partie inférieure après la zone d'ouverture présente un moyen de coupe à position fixe qui permet après orientation angulaire de la bande de papier de sectionner par arrachement ladite bande de papier. Ce type de distributeur de faible coût est très largement utilisé en milieu industriel, et dans les centres d'entretien et de réparation de tous produits, machines, automobiles et autres. La bande de papier se déroule par l'intérieur de la bobine sous l'effet de tirage et se développe en formant en quelque sorte une enveloppe en hélice, la bobine restant à position fixe.
  • En fait et en pratique de tels distributeurs présentent plusieurs inconvénients importants inhérents à leurs conditions d'utilisation.
  • Tout d'abord, le vrillage est important et entraine de ce fait une découpe de bandes de papier tirées peu régulière et peu esthétique. Le papier tiré est coupé en biseau à 45° environ de par la présentation du papier lors de son déroulement en hélice à l'intérieur de la bobine. Cet inconvénient est important bien que dans le cadre d'utilisation de ces appareils, les utilisateurs ne soient pas forcément attachés à la recherche d'un esthétique et d'une découpe parfaite du papier.
  • Un autre inconvénient réside dans le fait que la déchirure du papier sous l'effet de traction puisse s'effectuer par anticipation.
  • L'objet de l'invention était donc de remédier à ces inconvénients et d'améliorer ainsi la condition du dévidage central de la bobine. Un autre objet était également d'améliorer l'aspect esthétique de la bande tirée et déchirée.
  • Ces buts et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.
  • Selon une première caractéristique, le distributeur de papier essuie-mains à dévidage central est du type comprenant un corps susceptible d'être fixé contre un plan d'appui, ledit corps étant agencé pour recevoir un plateau porte-bobine disposé verticalement, ledit plateau présentant une ouverture centrale pour le passage de la bande de papier tirée, un carter de protection profilé étant adapté et positionné de manière amovible sur le corps, ledit distributeur étant caractérisé en ce que le plateau est agencé autour de son ouverture centrale avec une forme en cheminée remontant à l'intérieur du corps ; ladite cheminée ayant pour fonction le redressage du papier préalablement mis en hélice et froissé lors du dévidage intérieur de la bobine.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique, le plateau est aménagé avec des moyens assurant un auto-centrage de la bobine.
  • Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.
  • Pour fixer l'objet de l'invention illustrée d'une manière non limitative aux figures des dessins où :
    • La figure 1 est une vue montrant un appareil distributeur de bandes de papier à dévidage central tel qu'existant dans le commerce.
    • La figure 2 est une vue en coupe montrant l'appareil distributeur à dévidage central selon l'invention,
    • La figure 3 est une vue de dessus selon la figure 2, le carter de protection de la bobine étant enlevé.
    • La figure 4 est une vue de dessous selon la figure 2 de l'appareil distributeur.
    • La figure 5 est une vue partielle de dessus illustrant le plateau seul avec une variante de moyens susceptibles de garantir l'auto-centrage de la bobine de papier et éviter sa rotation sur elle-même.
    • La figure 6 est une vue de dessus montrant le passage de la bande de papier dévidée et son passage dans la cheminée conformée selon l'invention.
    • La figure 7 est une vue montrant la mise en forme de la bande de papier tirée mis en hélice
    • la figure 8 est une vue selon la figure 7 de la bande de papier telle qu'elle se présente après tirage.
  • Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit maintenant d'une manière non limitative illustrée aux figures des dessins.
  • L'appareil distributeur de papier à dévidage central comprend ainsi de manière connue un corps (1) de forme généralement cylindrique pour s'adapter et épouser les formes de la bobine de papier. Ce corps (1) présente à un endroit de sa périphérie un talon (1.1) profilé susceptible de venir se fixer de toute manière appropriée sur une semelle (2) d'appui contre une paroi de mur ou autres supports selon les modalités d'utilisation. Ce corps est agencé directement ou de manière rapportée pour recevoir un plateau (3) circulaire porte bobine (4), ladite bobine étant disposée verticalement. Un carter (5) de protection profilé vient s'adapter et se positionner sur le corps afin de protéger la bobine et conférer accessoirement un aspect esthétique à l'appareil. La liaison du carter sur le corps s'effectue par exemple par simple emboitage amovible, comme illustré figure 2,de la partie d'extrémité inférieure du carter laquelle présente un déport intérieur périphérique (5.1) à cet effet. Ce corps présente par ailleurs à sa base un plan horizontal (5.2) profilé partiel aménagé dans sa partie médiane avec une fente (5.3) profilée en V disposée en regard de l'ouverture centrale (3.1) sur le plateau autorisant le passage et déroulement de la bande tirée et dévidée intérieurement de la bobine avec un effet de vrillage en hélice. Sur ledit plan horizontal et autour de la fente est disposé un moyen de coupe à position fixe (6). Ce moyen de coupe comprend ainsi une ouverture de passage à bords dentelés (6.1) ou non se prolongeant dans une cavité (6.2) dentelée ou présentant une arête de coupe similaire pour autoriser la déchirage et arrachage du papier tiré.
  • Selon l'invention, le distributeur de papier à dévidage central a pour but de mieux maitriser le déroulement et dévidage du papier tiré en limitant son effet de froissement sur lui-même lors de son déroulement en hélice sous l'effet de tirage par l'utilisateur en améliorant la présentation de la partie de coupe.
  • A cet effet, le plateau (3) est agencé directement ou de manière rapportée autour de son ouverture centrale (3.1) de passage du papier avec une forme en cheminée (3.2) remontant à l'intérieur du corps (1) sur une certaine hauteur. Cette cheminée (3.2) présente un profil extérieur cylindrique ou conique (3.3) pour faciliter le guidage du papier. Sa bordure supérieure (3.4) est arrondie pour faciliter le passage et l'introduction de la bande de papier à l'intérieur de ladite cheminée. Ainsi et selon l'invention, celle-ci a pour fonction de redresser le papier et permettre ainsi une découpe plus nette, plus régulière et dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire au sens de défilement de la bande.
  • Cette cheminée de redressage peut être de plus ou moins grande hauteur. Elle peut être avantageusement monobloc avec le plateau en étant par exemple réalisée en matière plastique. L'effet de vrillage en hélice du papier et de son froissage est donc attenué dans son amplitude par le passage du papier dans la cheminée de redressage vers la zone de coupe pour l'obtention des effets précités.
  • La cheminée de redressage peut être soit montée avec le plateau comme indiqué précédemment soit placée sur le dispositif de coupe précité.
  • Selon une autre disposition de l'invention la base supérieure du plateau est aménagée directement ou de manière rapportée avec des moyens susceptibles d'assurer un auto-centrage de la bobine et éviter sa rotation.
  • Selon les figures 2 et 3, le plateau 3 est ainsi aménagé avec une pluralité de zones concentriques (3.5) agencée avec des aspérités pour maintenir la bobine au centre du plateau. Selon la figure 5, le plateau reçoit une ou plusieurs bandes (3.6) disposées radialement, et agencées avec des aspérités de retenue. Ces asperités peuvent être obtenues à partir de bandes auto-agrippantes, ou papier émeri ou autres.
  • Ainsi l'invention est particulièrement intéressante par les avantages qu'elle procure. En outre, son coût de mise en oeuvre est faible. De par la conformation du plateau (3), qui peut être amovible par rapport au corps de réception, l'invention peut être utilisée aussi bien par des distributeurs neufs ou déjà en service. On souligne par ailleurs la simplicité de l'invention.

Claims (9)

  1. -1- Distributeur de papier essuie-mains à dévidage central du type comprenant un corps (1) susceptible d'être fixé contre un plan d'appui, ledit corps étant agencé pour recevoir un plateau (3) porte-bobine (4) disposé verticalement, ledit plateau présentant une ouverture centrale (3.1) pour le passage de la bande de papier tirée, un carter de protection (5) profilé étant adapté et positionné de manière amovible sur le corps caractérisé en ce que le plateau (3) est agencé autour de son ouverture centrale (3.1) avec une forme en cheminée (3.2) remontant à l'intérieur du corps (1); ladite cheminée ayant pour fonction le redressage du papier préalablement mis en hélice et froissé lors du dévidage intérieur de la bobine.
  2. -2- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la cheminée (3.2) présente un profil extérieur cylindrique.
  3. -3- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la cheminée (3.2) présente un profil extérieur conique.
  4. -4- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque de revendications 2 et 3 caractérisé en ce que la bordure supérieure (3-4) de la cheminée présente un profil arrondi.
  5. -5- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la cheminée est monobloc avec le plateau.
  6. -6- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la cheminée est rapportée et fixée sur ledit plateau.
  7. -7- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le plateau est aménagé avec des moyens assurant un auto-centrage de la bobine.
  8. -8- Distributeur selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que les moyens assurant l'auto-centrage de la bobine sont une ou des zones concentriques (3.5) agencées avec des aspérités.
  9. -9- Distributeur selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que les moyens assurant l'auto-centrage de la bobine sont une ou plusieurs bandes d'accrochage (3.6) disposées radialement.
