Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'une membrane minérale sur un support minéral comportant la fabrication d'une dispersion comprenant une charge et une résine, le dépôt de cette dispersion sur le support de manière à former une couche, le traitement thermique du support revêtu de ladite couche, caractérisé en ce que, de manière à obtenir une membrane asymétrique de faible épaisseur,
- on prépare une dispersion fluide comprenant une charge, un solvant soluble dans l'eau, une résine insoluble dans l'eau mais soluble dans le solvant organique et donnant après cokéfaction un taux de coke supérieur à 20 % en poids
- on la dépose sur ledit support minéral
- on déplace tout ou partie dudit solvant pour précipiter la résine
- on cokéfie la résine et éventuellement le support.
