Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung von Druckrädchen (15) einer Frankiermaschine, mit einem von auf einem Sockel (2) abnehmbaren Kopf (1) und mit Mitteln zum Einstellen der Rädchen, wobei:
    - der Kopf eine Drucktrommel (11), die die Rädchen trägt, und eine drehbare Hülse (12) aufweist, die die Trommel auf dem vorderen Endabschnitt trägt und deren andere, hinterer Endabschnitt über den Kopf vorsteht,
    - der Sockel mindestens eine Steuerkarte (24), Antriebsmittel, die mit der Steuerkarte gekoppelt sind, und eine Spindel (22) aufweist, die drehbar mit den Antriebsmitteln gekoppelt und auf dem Sockel zugänglich ist, damit die Spindel die Hülse koppelt und in einer Drehbewegung mitnimmt, und
    - Mittel zum Einstellen der Rädchen Schäfte mit vorderen und hinteren gezahnten Bereichen (41), die nebeneinander und entlang der Hülse gleitend montiert und durch die vorderen gezahnten Bereiche an die verschiedenen Rädchen angekoppelt sind, sowie eine Einstellsteuereinheit (40) aufweisen, die schwenkend um die Hülse und die hinteren gezahnten Bereiche montiert und mit der Steuerkarte für deren eventuelle Ankopplung an mindestens eine Gruppe von hinteren gezahnten Bereichen verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufweist:
    - eine ersten Ring (70), der auf dem hinteren Endabschnitt der Hülse (12) und den hinteren gezahnten Bereichen (60) montiert ist und der axial fest mit der Hülse verbunden und auf ihr drehbar gelagert ist sowie für die Einstellsteuereinheit einen Zugang (74) zur Gruppe von hinteren gezahnten Bereichen für die Einstellung der betroffenen Rädchen aufweist,
    - ein erstes inneres, halbperipheres, ringförmiges Element (71) im ersten Ring, und ein erstes äußeres, komplementäres Mittel (72) auf der Hülse, die miteinander in Eingriff stehen, wobei das erste halbperiphere Element einen Querschnitt besitzt, der einem beliebigen Segment der Verzahnung der hinteren gezahnten Bereiche komplementär ist, so daß diese gegenseitig ineinandergreifen können, und
    - Mittel (76, 77) zum Koppeln des Ringes und der Einstellsteuereinheit (40) in Drehrichtung zum Antreiben des ersten Ringes mit der Einstellsteuereinheit relativ zur Hülse.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste ringförmige Element (71) ein in den ersten Ring hinein vorstehender Wulst ist, der mindestens im Bereich des Zugangs (74) zur Einstellsteuereinheit unterbrochen ist und daß das erste komplementäre Mittel (72) eine Kehle auf der Hülse ist, die durch eine Zahnlücke der verschiedenen hinteren gezahnten Bereiche verläuft.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wulst (71) an den ersten Ring angesetzt und daran befestigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste ringförmige Element (71) eine innere Kehle im ersten Ring ist und daß das erste komplementäre Mittel eine ringförmige, über die Hülse vorspringende Rippe entsprechend einem Zahn der gezahnten Bereiche ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppelmittel aus einem Finger (76) bestehen, der von einem der Elemente getragen wird, die durch den ersten Ring 70) und die Einstellsteuereinheit (40) gebildet werden, wobei der Finger im wesentlichen ohne Winkelspiel blockiert ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Ring (70), der axial fest mit der Hülse (12) verbunden ist, zum Kopf gehört und einen Zugangsschlitz (74) aufweist, der am Ende des ersten Rings auf Seiten des hinteren Endes der Hülse offen ist und für die Einstellsteuereinheit (40), welche im Sockel (2) als Schnittstelle zum Kopf (1) montiert ist, den Zugang (74) zu den hinteren gezahnten Bereichen definiert.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopplungsmittel (76, 77) einen Kopplungsschlitz (77) auf einem der Elemente aufweisen, die durch den ersten Ring und die Einstellsteuereinrichtung definiert sind, wobei der Schlitz auf einer Seite für den Eingriff und das Gleiten des Fingers (76) des anderen Elements im Kopplungsschlitz bei der Montage des Kopfes auf dem Sockel offen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zugang (74) für das Koppelmittel zu den hinteren gezahnten Bereichen (60) im wesentlichen einer Gruppe (A, D) von hinteren gezahnten Bereichen entspricht, die einer gleichen Frankier- oder Datierfunktion zugeordnet und gemeinsam an die Steuereinheit angekoppelt sind, und daß sich das erste innere, ringförmige Element (71) des ersten Ringes im wesentlichen zu beiden Seiten der Ränder des Zugangs (74) erstreckt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiter aufweist:
    - einen zweiten Ring (70′), der angrenzend an den ersten Ring (70) auf dem hinteren Abschnitt der Hülse und auf den hinteren gezahnten Bereichen montiert ist, wobei er unabhängig vom ersten Ring (70) axial fest mit der Hülse verbunden und um diese schwenkbar gelagert ist,
    - ein zweites inneres, ringförmiges Element (71′) auf dem zweiten Ring (70′) mit Einschnitten (75′), die den jeweiligen verschiedenen hinteren gezahnten Bereichen entsprechen, wobei das Element mit einem zweiten komplementären Mittel (72′) auf der Hülse in Eingriff steht und wobei das zweite Element (71′) einem beliebigen Segment der Verzahnung der hinteren gezahnten Bereiche komplementär ist,
    - und ein Mittel (76′) zur Betätigung des zweiten Ringes zur Durchführung einer Schwenkbewegung zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition der Schäfte, in der die Einschnitte gegen die hinteren gezahnten Bereiche versetzt sind, und einer Einstellposition, in der die Einschnitte den verschiedenen hinteren gezahnten Bereiche gegenüberstehen und deren Einstellung gestatten.
