Description

The invention relates to a device for the treatment of diseases, in particular in dermatology and paronychia using ultrasound, consisting of an electronic part for regulation with connected ultrasound transducer (s).

According to DE-GM 90 01 147.3, smaller devices for dry and liquid treatment have already been proposed, in which an oscillator with liquid or water cushion is available for treating individual parts of the body. Built-in bathing units for ultrasound therapy according to EPA 0 301 162 are known for the treatment of larger parts of the body or the whole body. These bathing units are permanently installed and can therefore only be used at appropriate therapeutic institutions and are not only expensive to manufacture, but also complex to install and use.

It is an object of the invention to provide a portable and versatile device that closes the gap between smaller handheld devices and bathing units.

To solve this problem, the device for ultrasound treatment for diseases according to the invention according to the preamble of claim 1 is characterized by an elastic, flat water bag with superordinate or subordinate support with ultrasonic vibrator (s) for transmitting the ultrasound to the water and via the elastic Sack to the treatment site (s) below or on top of it.

Further details of the device according to the invention are shown in the drawing with the aid of preferred exemplary embodiments and are described below, namely:
  • FIG. 1 the overall view of a partially cut first embodiment,
  • Figure 2 is an overall view of a partially sectioned second embodiment and
  • Figure 3 shows the overall view of a partially sectioned third embodiment.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, the device in the first exemplary embodiment consists of an elastic, flat water bag 1 with a vibrating plate 2, on which (2) vibrators 3 are placed, which are connected to the electronic part 5 via lines 4. A U-bracket housing 6 with corresponding handle 7 engages over the oscillator 3; otherwise, a fill and drain neck 8 is provided on the water bag 1.

Schließlich ist in Fig. 3 ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel2, a device as a second embodiment is also shown with an elastic, flat water bag 11 with a vibrating plate (s) 12, under which (n) vibrators 13 are provided, which are connected via lines 14 to the electronic part 15, as in the first Execution. Below this is a frame 16 with a corresponding receptacle 17, which has an edge 17a for overlapping the water bag 11 and this (11) has a filler and emptying nozzle 18. Finally, in Fig. 3 is a third embodiment

This mattress 21 is to be placed on the vibrating plate (s) 22 or trough with the interposition of a liquid layer 21 a. The oscillators 23 are here also provided under the oscillator plate (s) 22 and connected to an electronic part 25 via lines 24, as in the previous embodiments. Below this, in turn, there is a frame 26 with a corresponding receptacle 27, which has an edge 27a for gripping around the water bag 21 and here a filler and emptying nozzle 28 is provided at 22a.

The ultrasonic transducers 3, 13 and 23 can be switched on and off individually or together by the electronic part 5, 15 or 25 and can be controlled in the low-frequency sound range between 30 and 80 kHz.
