Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ansteckschild aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff mit einer Aufnahme für einen als Informationsträger ausgebildeten Einschubstreifen und einer an seiner Rückseite angeordneten Anstecknadel, die einen mit seitlichen Vorsprüngen versehenen Verankerungsschenkel und einen mit diesem verbundenen, die eigentliche Nadel bildenden Befestigungsschenkel aufweist.
  • Aus der US-A-4 869 004 ist ein durch mehrfaches Falzen aus einem Kunststoffolienstreifen hergestelltes Ansteckschild der vorstehenden Art mit einem Rückenteil bekannt, an dessen Außenseite der Verankerungsschenkel der Anstecknadel im Bereich seiner bogenförmigen Vorsprünge mit Hilfe eines ausgehärteten Klebstofftropfens befestigt ist. Der zur Herstellung des bekannten Ansteckschildes erforderliche Aufwand ist groß und die Haltbarkeit des Ansteckschildes hängt in starkem Maße nicht nur von der Festigkeit der Verankerung der Anstecknadel im Klebstofftropfen, sondern auch von der Intensität der Verbindung zwischen dem verwendeten Folienmaterial und dem Klebstoff ab.
  • Bekannt ist außerdem ein Ansteckschild mit einem Rückenteil, das zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete, zur Halterung der Anstecknadel dienende Löcher aufweist (US-PS 30 23 522). Der Nachteil dieses Ansteckschildes besteht darin, daß das Verbinden der Anstecknadel mit dem Rückenteil mühsam ist. In der Praxis bedeutet dies, daß die Herstellungskosten für das bekannte Ansteckschild vergleichsweise groß sind. Es ist dies ein Umstand, der nicht zuletzt im Hinblick auf den Massenartikelcharakter von Ansteckschildern als störend zu bewerten ist.
  • Schließlich ist es aus der US-A-2 761 230 und der US-A-3 091 875 bekannt, in einer C-förmigen Leiste zur Aufnahme von Preisschildern in Supermärkten od.dgl. Halteelemente für außerhalb der jeweiligen Leiste anzubringende Preisschilder zu verankern. Die Halteelemente sind in diesem Fall mit mindestens einem federnden Ausleger versehen, um sie von der Vorderseite der Leiste her an dieser befestigen zu können.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Ansteckschild der in Betracht gezogenen Art so auszugestalten, daß der Aufwand für seine Herstellung deutlich reduziert wird. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß bei einem Ansteckschild der eingangs beschriebenen Gattung die seitlichen Vorsprünge des Verankerungsschenkels der Anstecknadel in einem C-förmigen Führungskanal gelagert und durch mindestens einen Anschlag gegen ein Herausrutschen aus dem Führungskanal gesichert sind.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Ansteckschild bietet den Vorteil, daß bei ihm eine schnelle und bequeme Verbindung zwischen seinem zur Aufnahme des Einschubstreifens dienenden Hauptteil und der Anstecknadel möglich ist. Der Verankerungsschenkel der geschlossenen Anstecknadel läßt sich von der Seite her in den Führungskanal einschieben und anschließend dort arretieren, indem man beispielsweise nach dem Einschieben einen Teil des Führungskanals zu einer Rastnase verformt.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung des in der die Merkmale der Erfindung veranschaulichenden Zeichnung dargestellten Ansteckschildes. Es zeigen:

  • Das in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellte Ansteckschild besteht aus einem extrudierten Kunststoffprofilabschnitt 1 und einer Anstecknadel 2. Der Kunststoffprofilabschnitt 1 bildet einerseits eine zum Rücken hin partiell offene Aufnahme 3 für einen Einschubstreifen 4 und andererseits einen C-förmigen Führungskanal 5 für einen Verankerungsschenkel 6 der Anstecknadel 2. Der Verankerungsschenkel 6 der Anstecknadel 2 geht an seinem einen Ende über einen bogenförmigen Abschnitt 7 in einen Befestigungsschenkel 8 über. Das andere Ende des Verankerungsschenkels 6 formt einen Haken 9 für das spitze Ende des Befestigungsschenkels 8 der Anstecknadel 2. Zur Sicherung der Lage der Anstecknadel 2 im Führungskanal 5 dient ein von einer in den Führungskanal 5 ragenden napfförmigen Vertiefung gebildeter Anschlag 10, der eine Rastnase formende Anschlag 10 ragt dabei in einen von zwei versetzt zur Längsachse des Verankerungsschenkels 6 angeordneten bogenförmigen Vorsprüngen 11 und 12. Es versteht sich, daß der Anschlag 10 vor oder nach dem Einführen der Anstecknadel 2 in den Führungskanal 5 hergestellt werden kann. Dies deshalb, weil die beiden, einen Schlitz 13 begrenzenden Lippen 14 und 15 des Führungskanales 5 ebenso wie der gesamte Kunststoffprofilabschnitt 1 hochelastisch sind. Die Elastizität des Kunststoffprofilabschnittes 1 wird zusätzlich ausgenutzt, indem der den Führungskanal 5 bildende Teil des Kunststoffprofilabschnittes 1 mit seinem unteren Ende 16 federnd gegen die Rückseite des Einschubstreifens 4 drückt und diesen in der für ihn vorgesehenen Aufnahme 3 festklemmt.

Claims (5)

  1. Ansteckschild aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff mit einer Aufnahme (3) für einen als Informationsträger ausgebildeten Einschubstreifen (4) und einer an seiner Rückseite angeordneten Anstecknadel (2), die einen mit seitlichen Vorsprüngen (11, 12) versehenen Verankerungsschenkel (6) und einen mit diesem verbundenen, die eigentliche Nadel bildenden Befestigungsschenkel (8) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Vorsprünge (11,12) des Verankerungsschenkels (6) der Anstecknadel (2) in einem C-förmigen Führungskanal gelagert und durch mindestens einen Anschlag (10) gegen ein Herausrutschen aus dem Führungskanal (5) gesichert sind.
  2. Ansteckschild nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (11,12) des Verankerungsschenkels (6) bogenförmig ausgebildet sind.
  3. Ansteckschild nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (10) als in mindestens einen der von den Vorsprüngen (11,12) gebildeten Bogen ragende Rastnase ausgebildet ist.
  4. Ansteckschild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (3) für den Einschubstreifen (4) und der Führungskanal (5) aus einem Abschnitt eines extrudierten Kunststoffprofiles bestehen.
  5. Ansteckschild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungskanal (5) als federnd gegen die Rückseite des Einschubstreifens (4) drückendes Klemmelement ausgebildet ist.
