Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Beschlag für Fenster und Türen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a fitting for windows and doors according to the preamble of
Der Beschlag für Fenster, Türen oder dgl., umfaßt eine in einer längsoffenen Nut des Flügel- oder Rahmenprofils anordbaren Baueinheit. Diese besteht aus einer in der Nut einsenkbaren Treibstange und einer die Nutöffnung verschließenden Stulpschiene, die zugleich die Treibstange längsverschieblich haltert. Zur Anbringung der Baueinheit sind Schrauben zum Festsetzen der Baueinheit in der Nut notwendig, die mit ihren Schraubenköpfen in Löchern der Stulpschiene stecken. Für die Befestigungsschrauben der Stulpschiene sind in der Treibstange jeweils Aussparungen vorgesehen, so daß sie im Nutgrund verschraubt werden können. Die beim Betätigen des Beschlages entstehenden Kräfte greifen als Reaktionskräfte die Schraubstellen an und lockern so die Verschraubungen, und die Stulpschienen werden relativ zum Flügel- oder Rahmenprofil längsverschieblich. Um letzteres zu vermeiden, ist aus der DE-OS 30 16 398 ein Befestigungselement bekannt, das als Klemmstück ausgebildet ist, welches an den Seitenwänden der Nut angreift. Diese Klemmstücke, welche einen exzentrischen Umriß aufweisen, werden mit der Befestigung des Beschlages in die Nut eingebracht und setzen sich beim Drehen der zugehörigen Schrauben aufgrund ihres exzentrischen Umrisses an den Seitenwänden der Nut fest. Dadurch soll eine zuverlässige Verankerung des Beschlages, bestehend aus Treibstange und Stulpschiene, gewährleistet sein. Dieses Beispiel ist jedoch nur eine Verbesserung und noch keine prinzipielle Lösung hinsichtlich der Vermeidung der Längsverschiebbarkeit von Beschlägen. So zieht nämlich ein Lockern der zusätzliche eingebrachten Schrauben, aufgrund von Temperaturschwankungen, ein Lockern der Klemmstücke nach sich, und die Beschläge sind wieder in Längsrichtung beweglich.The fitting for windows, doors or the like comprises a unit which can be arranged in a longitudinally open groove in the sash or frame profile.
