Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine folienartige Materialkombination zum Verpacken von Lebensmitteln, welche im verpackten Zustand in einem Mikrowellenofen oder dergleichen erhitzt werden sollen.The invention relates to a film-like material combination for packaging foods which are to be heated in the packaged state in a microwave oven or the like.
Beim Erhitzen der meisten Lebensmittel entsteht Wasserdampf, der die ungeöffnete Verpackung aus einem derartigen Material zum Platzen bringen würde. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß für den Verschluß der Verpackung eine Kaltkleberbeschichtung vorgesehen ist, welche mit wenigstens einer Schwachstelle versehen ist, an der beim Erhitzen entstehender Wasserdampf unter Auftrennung der Schwachstelle entweichen kann.This object is achieved in that a cold adhesive coating is provided for the closure of the packaging, which is provided with at least one weak point, at which water vapor generated during heating can escape while separating the weak point.

Mit 1 ist in Fig.1 eine Materialkombination bezeichnet, die zum Verpacken von Lebensmitteln dient, die in einem Mikrowellenofen erhitzbar sind. Wie insbesondere aus Fig.2 ersichtlich ist, besteht die Materialkombination aus einer Trägerschicht 2 aus Papier, auf die mit Hilfe eines Kaschierklebers 3 eine Kunststoffolie 4 aus PETP aufgebracht ist. Auf diese PETP-Schicht 4 ist ein Kaltkleber 5 streifenförmig aufgebracht, der beim Zusammenfalten eines Zuschnittes dieses Materials zu einer Verpackung aufeinander zu liegen kommt und dabei gegen sich selbst klebt. An mehreren Stellen ist der streifenförmige Kaltkleber eingeschnürt, so daß sich Schwachstellen 6 bilden, in deren Bereich nur eine verhältnismäßig schmale Kaltkleberbrücke vorhanden ist.
