Abstract

Eine solche Spulenhalterwelle ist aus der US-A 4 767 077 bekannt. Dort wird jede zu wickelnde Spule über wenigstens drei Klemmeinrichtungen fixiert, von denen jede als geschlitzter Ring ausgebildet ist, der jedoch keine geometrisch einwandfreie Klemmhalterung der Spulen gewährleistet, weil er den Spulenkern über den Umfang mit unterschiedlicher Kraft klemmt. Das hat zur Folge, daß bei Spannungsungleichheiten kein einwandfreier Schlupf für den Spulenkern gewährleistet ist. Jedem Ring ist eine Gruppe von Andruckelementen zugeordnet, was der Forderung nach einer gleichmäßigen Spannkraftverteilung und einer einfachen Konstruktion und Montage zuwiderläuft. Entsprechendes gilt für die Maßnahme, alle Andruckelemente durch einen zentralen, expandierbaren Druckschlauch radial nach außen zu drücken. Um eine gleichmäßige Spannkraftverteilung zu gewährleisten, muß ein sehr stabiler Druckschlauch vorgesehen sein, über den ein erheblicher Druck aufzubringen ist.Such a coil holder shaft is known from US-A 4 767 077. Claims (3)

  1. Support shaft for winding bobbins, comprising pressure elements uniformly distributed at the outer circumference of said shaft and mounted radially slidable in recesses, said pressure elements being radially moved outwardly by means of an expanding pressure tube (C), said bobbins being circumferentially blocked by rings (D) slipped on and clamped by said pressure elements, said rings having on the outer periphery leading ramps uniformly spaced apart in the circumferential direction, a clamping device being provided that abuts radially against said ramps by means of bills (E) which press said clamping device against the bore of the bobbin during rotation of the shaft (A), characterised by the combination of the following features:

  2. Support shaft according to claim 1, wherein the leading ramps are symmetrical with respect to their radial center plane.
  3. Support shaft according to claim 1 or 2, wherein each pair of rings (D) are separated by means of a friction ring (G).
