Definitions

  • the invention relates to a storage for workpiece parts in an empty stage of a large-part stage press provided after the last processing stage according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Template carriers for attaching templates adapted to the respective workpiece shape are fastened to support frames, which in turn are attached to the adjacent sliding tables.
  • Each template carrier is pivotally mounted about a vertical axis of rotation.
  • the lower tools are located on sliding tables, which can be extended to convert the step press to other tools, including the templates. Due to the vertical swivel axis in the working position, the templates are aligned parallel to the transport axis and at right angles to it in the tool change position.
  • the storage for workpiece parts according to the invention represents a further development or an alternative solution to the storage described above. It has the advantage that an extremely simple and flexible storage is created in a last empty stage of the stage press. A technically complex additional staking mechanism in the lateral area of the last sliding table is to be dispensed with, at least for those stencil carriers that are opposite this sliding table side in the empty direction in the transport direction.
  • the main idea of the present invention is, among other things, to create a kind of separate sliding table for the template supports with associated templates, which is independent of the tool sliding table of the last one Processing level is. Preferably, however, the stencil carriers adjoining the sliding table are moved out with this in a conventional manner, while the stencil carriers opposite in the transport direction can be moved out of the last empty stage on the separate “sliding table”.
  • the template carriers are either arranged on transversely movable carriages that run on a fixed crossbar or that the crossbar itself is designed to be movable overall.
  • the template carriers are staked in rotatable pegging bearings and are thereby mounted so that they can be pivoted through 90 ° about a vertical pivot axis.
  • the templates can be brought into the transport direction in the working position and in a transverse direction for extension. In this way, a very space-saving arrangement can be achieved when changing tools or templates.
  • a plurality of templates are arranged on the cross-beam, wherein these can each be moved separately from one another and can be arranged inside and / or at the same time outside the empty stage.
  • the slides for the template carriers can each be driven independently of one another.
  • the last working stage 1 of a large-part step press consists of opposing press stands 2, 3 and a sliding table 4 in the machining position with step tool 5 arranged thereon and the workpiece 6 lying thereon to be machined.
  • a workpiece 7 that has already been formed in the last machining stage 1 lies in a downstream empty stage 8.
  • Another workpiece 9 lies in the laying stage 10 downstream of the empty stage 8 outside the stage press.
  • the workpieces or sheet metal parts are from the gripper rails 11, 12 located in the sliding table area and in the Stator area located further gripper rails 13, 14 transported from stage to stage.
  • FIG. 8 shows such an arrangement in the transport direction in the working position
  • FIG. 4 shows an arrangement of the templates or template carriers transversely thereto in the tool change position.
  • the cross member 23 is in turn attached to two pivotally attached columns or brackets 30, 31 on the sliding table 4, which are pivoted into an inclined position in the working position (see FIG. 3, angle ⁇ ) so that the passage for the scrap to the scrap chute 32 remains open .
  • the horizontal pivot axis for the columns 30, 31 is identified by reference number 68 (FIG. 3).
  • the two stencil supports 15, 17 opposite the stencil supports 16, 18 are also staked out in two peg bearings or receptacles 33, 34 which can be rotated through 90 ° about a vertical axis of rotation and which in turn are fastened on movable carriages 36, 37.
  • the slides themselves are mounted on a crossbar 35 attached to the press stand 2, 3 and can be moved transversely to the direction of transport 66.
  • the stencil carriers can be moved out of the empty stage 8 by means of the carriages 36, 37 which can be moved on the crossbar 35.
  • the template carriers 39, 40 are also pinned in rotatable pegs 45, 46 (see FIG. 1) and fastened on slides 43, 44 which can be displaced transversely to the direction of transport 66 thereby rotatable by 90 °.
  • the slides 36, 37, 43, 44 are transversely displaced by means of drivers 47 and a toothed belt gear 48 by means of a gear motor 49.
  • Each slide with attached template holder has a separate drive.
  • the carriages 36, 37 are arranged on a respective mounting plate 69, which in turn is guided on a linear guide with rollers 70.
  • the second pair of the gripper rails 50, 51 located in the sliding table area is set out on the interchangeable sliding table 38.
  • the crossbar 52 attached to the changing table 38 (see FIG. 1) is fastened to the associated interchangeable sliding table 38 via the two columns or cantilevers 53, 54, which, when the lower tool 55 is being retrofitted or fitted, also pivotably mounted in an inclined position about the horizontal pivot axis 68 are in order to achieve better access to the interchangeable sliding table 38 during the conversion process (see FIG. 1).
  • the pivoting process in turn takes place about the horizontal pivot axis 68 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
  • the template supports 62, 63 to be applied when the tool is changed can in turn be alternatively staked out with templates 64, 65 adapted to the contour of the workpieces.
  • Several stake out bearings 56 to 61 are arranged next to one another in order to ensure a flexible stakeout of the template carriers for adaptation to the workpiece contour. In general, only two stencil carriers with associated stencils are staked next to each other on the crossbeam 23, 52.
  • the stencil carriers are therefore retrofitted with stencils for the empty level 8 at different locations. This takes place on the one hand via the conventional retrofitting of the stencils with the removal of the stencils via the sliding table 4 or via the interchangeable sliding table 38.
  • This relates to the stencil carriers 15, 17 shown on FIG. 1 on the cross member 23 or the stencil carriers 62, 63 on the crossbeam 52.
  • These template carriers with associated templates are converted over the sliding tables 4, 38.
  • the template carriers 16, 18 of the empty stage 8 are moved on the associated slide 36, 37, the cross-beam 35 serving as a guide rail.
  • the entire cross member 35 can optionally also be designed such that it can be moved out laterally in order to form a separate, small sliding table for the stencil carriers arranged thereon with stencils.
  • FIG. 2 shows a top view of the changed changing position of the sliding tables 4, 38 or the changing position of the slides on the crossbar 35.
  • the sliding table 4 located in the processing station in FIG. 1 is moved out to the other side of the step press and the Exchangeable sliding table 38 retracted into the step press.
  • the two carriages 36, 37 with the template carriers 16, 18 and templates 21, 22 arranged thereon move out of the empty position 8 (in FIG. 2 into the upper position) while the carriages 43, 44 with associated template carriers 39, 40 and attached Insert templates 41, 42 into empty position 8.
  • the tool and template changeover process then takes place on the other side of the step press.
  • two stencil carriers located on the crossbeam 35 are moved out of the empty stage via slides transversely to the direction of transport or retracted after retrofitting.
  • the template carriers are pivotally mounted on the crossbar by means of vertical swivel axes.
