- on pose sur le sable ou le remblai (16) compacté ou nivelé, des panneaux de revêtement (1/2) ;
- on assemble lesdits panneaux (1/2) entre eux ;
- on les fixe au sol au moyen d'ancres (3) passées à travers ladite couche (16) et ledit textile (13) ;
- et on agit sur lesdits moyens de serrage (7/8) et corrélativement sur lesdits moyens élastiques pour précontraindre le sol au-dessous dudit textile (13).
14. A method of implementing an emergency track according to any one of claims 1 to 13 on loose soil characterized by the following operations:
- there is a rot-proof textile on the ground (13);
