Da es sich bei den anzu­setzenden Teilen um Kleinteile handelt, werden diese in einem als Sortiermagazin ausgebildeten Magazin lose bevorratet, indem die Kleinteile eingefüllt werden. Aus diesem Sortiermagazin heraus werden die Kleinteile über eine Schiene dem Ansetzwerk­ zeug zugeführt, nachdem die Kleinteile innerhalb des Sortierma­gazins vereinzelt und ausgerichtet worden sind. Das Sortiermaga­zin besteht zu diesem Zweck aus einem wannenförmigen Behälter, der senkrecht gekippt und daher seitlich offen ist. An der Ober­seite weist der Behälter eine Einfüllöffnung für die Kleinteile auf. Im Bereich der seitlichen Öffnung des Behälters ist an diesem ein trommelartiges Laufteil angeflanscht, welches durch einen Motor angetrieben wird und der Vereinzelung und dem Sor­tieren der Kleinteile dient. Ein Problem ent­steht dabei dann, wenn sich im Laufe der Zeit im Sortiermagazin sogenannter Schrott ansammelt, also Kleinteile, die das Sortier­magazin aufgrund von Deformalitäten nicht verlassen können und nicht der Schiene aufgegeben werden, so daß zu diesem Zweck das Sortiermagazin von Zeit zu Zeit entleert werden muß, um den Schrott zu entfernen. Zu diesem Zweck muß bei den bekannten Ansetzmaschinen das Sortiermagazin vollständig abgebaut werden, um es entleeren zu können. Da­durch können alle im Sortiermagazin befindlichen Kleinteile ent­fernt werden, ohne daß dieses abgebaut werden muß. 1. Ansetzvorrichtung zum Ansetzen von Kleinteilen (5) wie Mieten, Ösen, Druckknöpfe, Haken, Buttons etc. an ein Trägermaterial,
mit einem Sortiermagazin (6) zur Bevorratung der losen Klein­teile (5), wobei das Sortiermagazin (6) aus einem seitlich offenen, wannenförmigen Behälter (9) mit einer Einfüllöffnung (10) für die Kleinteile (5) sowie aus einem daran seitlich befestigten, trommelartigen Laufteil (12) für das Sortieren der Kleinteile (5) besteht,
mit einem Ansetzwerkzeug (2)
sowie mit einer zwischen dem Sortiermagazin (6) und dem An­setzwerkzeug (2) angeordneten Schiene (7) zum Zuführen der das Sortiermagazin (6) ausgerichtet verlassenden Kleinteile (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Behälter (9) oder das Laufteil (12) zum Öffnen und Entleeren des Sortiermagazins (6) um eine Achse (A) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
