Da es sich bei den später zu verarbeitenden Furnierwerkstücken um großflächige, jedoch sehr dünne Blätter handelt, ist es erforderlich, die einzelnen Furniere jeweils exakt gegeneinander anzulegen, bevor die Verleimung erfolgt. Dabei ist es erforderlich, die zu verleimenden Kanten auf ihrer gesamten Länge exakt relativ zueinander zu positionieren. Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, hierfür einen Anschlag zu verwenden, gegen welchen jeweils die einzelnen Furnierstreifen gefördert werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zeichnet sich durch eine Reihe erheblicher Vorteile aus. Die Möglichkeit, den Durchmesser zu verändern und einen Schlupf zu ermöglichen, beispielsweise mittels einer Rutschkupplung, führt erfindungsgemäß auch zu unterschiedlichen Fördergeschwindigkeiten bzw. -Wegen der einzelnen Bereiche des Furniers oder des Furnierblatts, so daß schräg oder schief eingeschobene Furniere auf besonders einfache Weise ausgerichtet werden können. Dabei besteht nicht, wie beim Stand der Technik, die Gefahr, daß voreilende Bereiche des Furniers gegen einen Anschlag oder gegen die Hinterkante des vorhergehenden Furniers gedrückt und dabei beschädigt werden, da die Ausrichtung der Klebekante des Furniers durch die Transport- und Anpreßrollen erfolgen kann. Dabei ist es erfindungsgemäß besonders günstig, daß die Drehgeschwindigkeit der diese Transportrollen tragenden Welle nicht verändert werden muß, so daß komplizierte Steuerungen entfallen können. Durch einfaches Verändern des Druckmitteldruckes können die inneren Einrichtungen unterschiedlich in ihrer Reibkraft verändert werden, so daß mittels eines einzigen Antriebes unterschiedliche Fördergeschwindigkeiten an den einzelnen Bereichen der Vorrichtung erzielbar sind.The device according to the invention is distinguished by a number of considerable advantages. Gleichzeitig wird der obere Druckstempel (24) nach unten verfahren, um das ankommende Furnier und die vorhergehenden Furnierblätter zu pressen, wobei das vorhergehende Furnier von dem Bremsstempel (27) fest eingespannt wird und die Heizeinrichtungen (25, 26) bei leichtem Federdruck auf die Furniere bzw. das nachfolgende Furnierblatt einen Schacht bilden. In diesem Schacht wird das nachfolgende Furnier durch Transport- und Anpreßrolle (11) und Gegendruckwalzen (12) an das vorhergehende Furnierblatt fest angedrückt. Zusätzlich werden die obere und die untere Heizeinrichtung (25, 26) mit Druck und Wärme aktiviert, um den beim Zutransport des neuen Furnieres auf dessen Klebekante aufgebrachten Klebstoff mit dem anderen Furnierblatt zu verkleben. Dabei wird der notwendige Anpreßdruck zwischen den Furnieren durch die Transport- und Anpreßrolle (11) sowie die zugehörige Gegendruckwalze (12) erzeugt und aufrechterhalten.
