Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 auf eine Antriebsvorrichtung für die Messerwalzen eines Aktenvernichters, bestehend aus einem Elektromotor mit Untersetzungsgetriebe und einer sog. Überholkupplung in Form eines Mitnehmerstiftes an einem Ende einer der Wellen der Messerwalzen, in dessen Drehebene an dem auf dem gleichen Wellenende sitzenden Antriebsrad ein Anschlag mit zwei Anschlagflächen vorgesehen ist.According to the preamble of
Neben mit konzentrisch angeordneten Aussparungen gemäß der DE-C-924 507 versehenen Sperrscheibenkupplungen allgemeiner Art ist ein derartiger, mit einer Überholkupplung ausgerüsteter Aktenvernichterantrieb speziell aus der gattungsbildenden DE-B-16 11 752 bekannt und dient hierbei vor allem dazu, bei Betriebsstörungen durch Verstopfungen oder Verklemmungen von Schnittgut, für das Freilaufen der Messerwalzen im Rückwärtsgang sowie das Wiederanlaufen im Vorwärtsgang unter Last, stets ein ausreichendes Drehmoment zur Verfügung zu haben. Das bekannte, aus Zahnriemen und entspr. Riemenscheiben aufgebaute Untersetzungsgetriebe weist zu diesem Zweck einen am Ende einer der Messerwalzenwellen sitzenden Stift auf, der mit einem in seiner Drehebene an der zugeordneten Riemenscheibe befestigten Anschlag mit zwei Anschlagflächen zusammenwirkt. Eine derartige Überholkupplung mag zwar durchaus zufriedenstellend bei mit Zahnriemen bestückten Untersetzungsgetrieben arbeiten, nicht jedoch bei solchen, die im wesentlichen aus Zahnrädern bestehen, zumal wenn es sich noch um preiswerte Räder aus Kunststoff handelt, die heute mehr und mehr bei Großserienfertigung Verwendung finden. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform sind die Messerwalzen 11 z.B. über Kugellager 17 in den Seitenteilen 1 gelagert, die zusammen mit dem Boden 2 und den Querstreben 4 den Gestellrahmen des Aktenvernichterantriebs bilden. An dem dargestellten Seitenteil 1 sitzt zudem der elektrische Antriebsmotor 5 in Form eines Reversiermotors und ein Lagerschild 3 zur Halterung eines Zahnrades 7, das mit dem Antriebsritzel 6 des Motors 5 kämmt. Ein mit dem Zahnrad 7 drehfest verbundenes Zwischenritzel 8 steht seinerseits mit einem lose auf der zapfenartigen Verlängerung 12a einer der Messerwalzenwellen 12 sitzenden Zwischenrad 9 in Verbindung und vervollständigt somit das Untersetzungsgetriebe für die über das Räderpaar 10 in gegenläufiger Antriebsverbindung stehenden Messerwalzen.In the embodiment shown, the

Die Funktionsweise dieser Vorrichtung ist nun folgende:
Kommt der Motor 5 z.B. durch irgend eine Verstopfung der Messerwalzen 11 in bekannter Weise zum Stillstand, wird der Motorrücklauf eingeschaltet. Die zuvor beispielsweise an den Anschlagflächen 15 anliegenden Mitnehmerstifte 13 laufen dann durch den Freiraum der Aussparungen 14 zurück und der Motor erreicht wieder sein volles Drehmoment, ehe die Stifte 13 an die Flächen 16 anschlagen und somit zumeist die Verstopfung sofort lösen. Die beste Wirkung wird bei dieser neuen Bauform noch durch zusätzliche, rotationssymmetrische Anordnung der Kupplungsglieder 13 bis 16 auf beiden Planseiten 9a und 9b des betreffenden Zahnrads 9 erreicht.The operation of this device is now as follows:

Claims (1)
- Drive for the cutting rollers (11) of a shredding machine, consting of an electric motor (5) with a reduction gear (5, 7, 8, 9, 10) and an overriding clutch in the form of a coupling through pin (13) at an end of one of the shafts (12) of the cutting rollers (11), in the plane or rotation of which pin an abutment with two abutment surfaces (15 and 16) is provided at the drive gear (9) seated on the same shaft end (12a), characterised thereby that at least the members, which carry the overriding clutch (13 to 16), of the reduction gear (6 to 10) are constructed as a toothed wheel gear and the clutch members (13 to 16) are arranged in mirror image on both sides (9a and 9b) of the associated toothed wheel (9), wherein the two face sides (9a and 9b) of the intermediate gearwheel (9) of the reduction gear (6 to 10) have in the region of the hub (18) recesses (14), which are disposed in mirror image relative to the gearwheel centre plane, and abutment surfaces (15 and 16) bounding these at both ends, and the drive shaft extension (12a), which projects at the front end out of the hub (18), of the associated cutting roller shaft (12) has coupling through pins (13), which are similarly arranged in mirror image to the intermediate gearwheel (9) and which run in the recesses (14) provided with the abutment surfaces (15 and 16).
