Abstract
Im neuen digitalen Kommunikationssystem ISDN erfolgt die Übertragung zwischen dem Netzabschluß (2) und den Endgeräten (3) über die sogenannte S₀ - Schnittstelle durch Schnittstellenübertrager (6, 11). Da die Stromversorgung der Endgeräte zum Teil ebenfalls über diese Übertrager erfolgt, hat eine Stromunsymmetrie in den Leitungen (7, 8) bzw. (9, 10) eine Vormagnetisierung der Übertrager zur Folge. Die ISDN-Anforderungen an die Übertrager müssen somit auch bei einer Gleichstromvormagnetisierung erfüllt werden. Kompakte Übertrager mit einfachem Wicklungsaufbau, die die ISDN-Anforderungen erfüllen, weisen als Magnetkernmaterial erfindungsgemäß eine amorphe Co-Basislegierung mit einer Permeabilität von mehr als 25 000 und weniger als 95 000 auf. Vorzugsweise enthalten die Magnetkerne neben Co im wesentlichen Fe und Mn mit einem Gesamtgehalt von 3 bis 8 Atom-% sowie Metalloide mit einem Anteil von 24 bis 29 Atom-% und wahlweise bis zu 15 Atom-% Ni sowie bis zu 1 Atom-% Mo, Cr und/oder Ni. Since some of the terminals are also supplied with power by these transformers, a current asymmetry in lines (7, 8) or (9, 10) results in the transformers being premagnetized. The ISDN requirements for the transmitters must therefore also be met with DC bias. According to the invention, compact transformers with a simple winding structure that meet the ISDN requirements have an amorphous Co-based alloy with a permeability of more than 25,000 and less than 95,000 as the magnetic core material. In addition to Co, the magnetic cores preferably contain essentially Fe and Mn with a total content of 3 to 8 atom% and metalloids with a proportion of 24 to 29 atom% and optionally up to 15 atom% Ni and up to 1 atom% Mo , Cr and / or Ni.
