Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Flachrohrverflüssiger einer Fahrzeugklimaanlage, bei dem das Kältemittel durch in meh rere Kanäle unterteilte Flachrohre (2) und im Kreuzstrom hierzu Umgebungsluft längs zickzack- oder wellenförmig gefalteter Ver rippungslamellen geführt sind, wobei einzelne Flachrohre grup penweise durch an ihren beiden Enden angeordnete Sammler (10) in denselben Kältemittelkreislauf durch den Verflüssiger parallel geschaltet sind. Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß der Sammlermantel (62) aus zwei einander überlappenden und in beiden Überlappungsbereichen (64) miteinander verlöteten gebogenen Flachteilen (66,68) aus Al oder einer Al-Legierung zusammenge setzt ist, daß nur das eine (erste) Flachteil (66) mit Einsteck schlitzen zur Aufnahme jeweils eines Flachrohres (2) versehen ist und daß das erste Flachteil mit Lot zur Verlötung mit den Flachrohren und dem zweiten Flachteil beschichtet ist. Die Er findung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zum Herstellen des Samm lermantels einer speziellen Ausführungsform eines solchen Flach rohrverflüssigers sowie Anwendungen.
