Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Kartusche ist die Spindelmutter einstückiger Bestandteil eines Halters, der in das rückwärtige Kartuschenende lediglich eingeschoben wird und dort selbsttätig einrastet. Einprägungen der Wand des Kartuschenkörpers einrastet. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil besteht darin, daß das aus dem Halter und der Spindelmutter bestehende Teil ohne jegliche zusätzliche Befestigungsvorrichtungen am Kartuschenkörper fixiert ist, wobei lediglich am rückwärtigen Ende des Kartuschenkörpers eine spezielle Formgebung dafür sorgt, daß der Halter fixiert wird. Die Kartusche besteht somit aus wenigen Einzelteilen, die leicht montiert werden können. Die üblichen zylindrischen Kartuschen können durch eine einfache Nachbehandlung mit den Ausnehmungen oder Einprägungen versehen werden, so daß keine gesonderten Spritzgußformen für den Kartuschenkörper benötigt werden. Der Halter ist im montierten Zustand vollständig im Kartuschenkörper enthalten. Er ragt weder am rückwärtigen Ende axial aus dem Kartuschenkörper heraus noch steht er radial über. Claims (6)

  1. A cartridge for plastic masses comprising a cylindrical cartridge body (11) of plastics material containing a piston (14) and having a discharge opening at the front end, and a spindle nut (20) supported at the rear end of said cartridge body and being in engagement with a spindle rod (18) pressing against said piston (14), said spindle nut (20) being an integral part of a holder (21), the edge (23) of which is held at the wall of said cartridge body (11) so as to be secured against rotation and against being pushed out,
       characterised in
       that said holder (21) is completely contained within said cartridge body (11) and that said cartridge body, which is formed with a straight cylinder wall through to the rear end thereof, is provided with circumferentially limited recesses (25) or impressions (26, 28) at which the outermost periphery of said edge (23) of said holder engages.
  2. The cartridge of claim 1, characterised in that said holder (21) has said edge (23) provided with projections (24) that engage in preformed recesses (25) penetrating the wall of said cartridge body (11).
  3. The cartridge of claim 1, characterised in that said impressions (26, 28) of said cartridge body (11) are indentations defined by slots (27, 28).
  4. The cartridge of claim 3, characterised in that first impressions (26) are provided, the slots (27) of which extend circumferentially so as to prevent said holder (21) from being pushed out, and second impressions (28) are provided, the slots (29) of which extend in the longitudinal direction of said cartridge body (11) so as to prevent said holder (21) from being rotated.
  5. The cartridge of claim 1 or 4, characterised in that said indentations (26, 28) are serration-shaped.
  6. The cartridge of one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that said holder (21) has a trough directed towards the front end, said spindle nut (20) extending rearward from the front wall (22) of said trough.
