Claims (7)
- Dispositif pour empiler des imprimés (15), sensiblement quadrangulaires, qui se présentent en continu, en particulier en un courant en écailles, comprenant une trémie d'empilage (18) parallélépinédique, limitée par des narres de butée (19, 20, 21, 22) et alimentée par le haut, et un transporteur (10), placé en amont de la trémie, subdivisé en segments (11, 12) qui se raccordent l'un à l'autre dont le second segment (12) débouche directement dans la trémie d'empilage (18), caractérisé en ce que le second segment (12) du transporteur (10) s'étend pratiquement dans le même plan que le premier segment (11) qui le précède, et présente une direction de transport (17) qui forme un angle aigu avec la direction de transport (14) du premier segment (11) du transporteur (10) qui le précède, de sorte que les imprimés (15) parviennent sur le second segment (12) du transporteur (10) avec l'un de leurs coins en tête et, de cette façon, parviennent dans la trémie (18) qui est disposée en biais par rapport à la direction de transport (17) du second segment (12) du transporteur (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le second segment (12) est formé par un transporter à courroies (16 ; 25, 26, 27), les rouleaux de renvoi des courroies (25, 26, 27) qui forment l'extrémité du transporteur à courroies étant disposés en fonction de la largeur libre de la trémie d'empilage (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité du transporteur à courroies (16 ; 25, 26, 27) est recouverte par des bandes presseuses (28, 29, 30) accompagnant le mouvement du transporteur, dont le nombre correspond au nombre des courroies (25, 26, 27).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux de renvoi latéraux peuvent être réglés en hauteur par rapport aux autres rouleaux de renvoi à l'extrémité du transporteur à courroies (16 ; 25, 26, 27) et immobilisés en position pour imposer aux imprimés (15) une convexité présentant des axes de courbure qui sont parallèles à la direction du transport (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de transport du second segment (12) du transporteur (10) possède une composante qui correspond en grandeur et direction à la vitesse de transport du segment précédent (11).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la direction de transport (17) du second segment (12) du transporteur (10) forme un angle d'environ 45° avec la direction de transport (14) du segment (11) précédent.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'axe médian longitudinal (17′) du second segment (12) du transporteur (10) coupe l'axe médian (18′) de l'espace libre de la trémie d'empilage (18).
