Die Erfindung betrifft ein Rammbohrgerät mit einem in einem Gehäuse axial beweglichen, in seiner Bewegung durch ein mit einem Druckluftschlauch verbundenes, in einem im Gehäuse angeordneten elastischen Zwischenstück gelagerten Steuer­rohr gesteuerten Schlagkolben.The invention relates to a ram boring machine with an impact tube which is axially movable in a housing and controlled in its movement by a control tube connected to a compressed air hose and mounted in an elastic intermediate piece arranged in the housing.

Ein Rammbohrgerät dieser Art ist durch die US-PS 3 995 702 bekanntgeworden. Das elastische Zwischenstück wirkt dort als Dämpfungsblock und nimmt beim Betrieb des Gerätes unver­meidliche Erschütterungen und Vibrationen auf; diese Ein­flüsse sollen weitestgehend von der Umsteuerung ferngehal­ten werden. Die Montage, d.h. der Ein- und Ausbau dieses Dämpfungsblockes setzt allerdings aufwendige Handhabungen voraus und bringt erhebliche Nachteile mit sich, denn der ringartige Dämpfungsblock wird zwischen einer auf das Steu­errohr aufgeschraubten Hülse und einem in das rückwärtige Ende des Gerätegehäuses eingeschraubten Endstück aufgenom­men und in seiner Einbaulage gesichert. Somit müssen sowohl der Dämpfungsblock als auch das Endstück und die Hülse mit Gewinde versehen werden, was einen zusätzlichen Fertigungs­aufwand voraussetzt. Abgesehen davon bereitet die Verschrau­bung insbesondere beim Lösen, nachdem das Gerät eine Zeit im Betrieb war, erhebliche Schwierigkeiten, die nicht zu­letzt auf die widrigen, Verschmutzungen begünstigenden Ein­ flüsse beim Herstellen von Bohrungen im Erdreich zurückzu­führen sind, und bei den großen, bis 450 mm Durchmesser reichenden Geräten noch zunehmen. Anschließend läßt sich die Verschraubung mit Hilfe entsprechender Schraubschlüssel und gegebenenfalls zusätzlicher starker Hammerschläge lösen und herausschrauben.
