Abstract

A clamp for sun-screens is composed of first and second clamping means (1, 2) that form each a clamping flange (5, 7) and that are held together by guiding means (8, 11). Im Armteil 23 unmittelbar hinter der diesen mit dem Stützflansch 24 verbindenden Biegung befindet sich mittig eine Öffnung 26, deren Weite nicht wesentlich größer ist als die Breite des Hakens 20. Der Schlitz 25 und die Öffnung 26 werden durch einen Quersteg 27 getrennt, der genau hinter den Haken 20 paßt. Wenn gemäß Fig. 10 der Tragarm 22 an den Haken 20 angesetzt ist, ist daher der Tragarm in allen Belastungsrichtungen fixiert. Claims (7)

1. Clamp fixing device for a support element of a sun or viewing protection device on windows or the like, involving two fixing parts (1, 2), each of which has one of two clamping flanges (5, 7) which can be drawn together using a threaded spindle (3), and which sit adjacent to one another on two guide parts (8, 11) running parallel to the threaded spindle (3), these guide parts being bent away from the flanges (5, 7) towards the front of the clamp fixing device and each bearing a mounting (9, 12) for the spindle (3), which can be actuated from the front, characterised in that the spindle mounting (9) of the first fixing part (1) located on the front of the clamp fixing device is situated close to the plane of its clamping flange (5) and the guide part (11) of the second fixing part (2) is formed from two parallel rods (11) with a gap between them to hold the spindle mounting (9) of the first fixing part (1), the spindle mounting (9) of the first fixing part (1) forming a threaded bore-hole (10) and the spindle mounting (12) of the second fixing part (2) a thrust bearing (13) for the spindle (3).
2. Clamp fixing device in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that the spindle mounting (12) of the second fixing part (2) is designed as an open U shape on the side facing away from the clamping flange (7).
3. Clamp fixing device in accordance with Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that a cap (4) is provided which is supported on the guide part (11) of the second fixing part (2).
4. Clamp fixing device in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the guide part (11) of the second fixing part (2) extends roughly as far as the spindle (3).
5. Clamp fixing device in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the cap (4) contains a bore-hole (19) to hold the end of the spindle.
6. Clamp fixing device in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the spindle mounting (9) of the first fixing part (1) contains lateral guide notches for the rods (11) forming the guide part of the second fixing part (2).
7. Clamp fixing device in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that a hook (20) pointing upwards and running roughly parallel to the clamping flange (5) is located on the clamping flange (5) of the first fixing part (1) on the side facing away from the other clamping flange (7) and a bracket (22) is provided which has a supporting flange (24) bent away at an angle from an arm section (23) and which is provided with a slit (25) in the supporting flange (24) which encompasses the hook (20), a web (27) which catches behind the hook (20) and an aperture (26) in the arm section (23) through which the hook (20) can pass.
