Description
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Gießwalzen metallischer Flachprodukte, mit dem durch Eingießen einer Stahl-Schmelze in eine Stranggießkokille ein Flachprodukt mit einer Dicke von 50 bis 100 mm erzeugt wird, das nach Verlassen der Stranggießkokille und nach seiner teilweisen Erstarrung über den Gießquerschnitt ausschließlich mittels innengekühlter Rollenpaare abgezogen und gekühlt wird und mittels dieser Rollenpaare insgesamt um mindestens 60% seiner Dicke auf ein Flachprodukt mit einer Dicke von ≤ 35 mm reduzierend verformt wird, wobei die Reduzierung in der Erstarrungsstrecke mindestens 10-70% und im durcherstarrten Bereich bei Temperaturen dicht unter der Solidustemperatur, insbesondere im Temperaturbereich von 1500 - 1200 °C, mindestens weitere 30% beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Flachprodukt durch oberflächenbeschichtete Rollen gekühlt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das aus der Kokille austretende Flachprodukt bis zum Ende der Verformungsstrecke in einer eine Verzunderung unterbindenden Atmosphäre geführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Flachprodukt unter Inertgas geführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Flachprodukt während der Verformung entzundert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erzeugte Flachprodukt nach Verlassen der Rollenpaare gecoilt wird.
