La présente invention est relative à un coffret de sécurité, permettant de contrôler et de gérer l'utilisation de moyens, en particulier du genre clefs, badges, cartes magnétiques ou autres, donnant accès à des locaux ou enceintes, armoires ou entités fermées analogues, en fournissant notamment des informations détaillées et complètes, par exemple sur les mouvements et l'usage de ces moyens, l'identité des utilisateurs, les horaires et les durées de ces usages et tous autres paramètres pouvant être souhaité pour en assurer une surveillance approfondie. A l'heure actuelle, il est classique de disposer à l'intérieur d'un coffret muni d'une vitre ou autre écran du même genre, une clef nécessaire à l'ouverture d'une porte d'accès à un local ou une enceinte fermée. Pour permettre à l'utilisateur de prendre cette clef afin d'ouvrir le local fermé par la porte, il est habituellement indispensable de disposer d'une clef ordinaire ou autres moyens d'ouverture similaires pour accéder à l'intérieur du coffret, ou encore, en cas d'urgence, de briser la vitre de celui-ci, en permettant seulement lors de cette ouverture d'avertir le cas échéant un central de contrôle. Notamment ces systèmes rudimentaires ne permettent en aucune façon de gérer les mouvements de la clef contenue dans le coffret et en particulier de savoir qui a pris celle-ci, à quelle heure, pour quel usage, et également à quel moment elle a été remise en place et à nouveau par qui. De même ces systèmes ne permettent pas de différencier les autorisations dont disposent certaines personnes à l'exclusion d'autres, pour prendre et se servir de la clef disposée dans le coffret, selon les heures ou la destination de la clef. A titre indicatif, on peut notamment faire référence en relation avec ces systèmes connus à ceux décrits dans les demandes de brevets européens publiés EP-A-O 104 072 ou EP-A-O 86 617, qui illustrent des coffrets de sécurité pour clés ou objets similaires mais qui ne permettent pas une gestion intégrale des mouvements de ces clés dans le temps et dans l'espace, selon leurs destinations, leurs modes d'utilisation, l'identité de leurs utilisateurs, les droits d'usage de ces derniers et les conditions dans lesquelles ceux-ci sont habilités à exercer ces droits.At present, it is conventional to have inside a box provided with a window or other screen of the same kind, a key necessary for the opening of an access door to a room or a closed enclosure.
