caractérisée en ce que :
- l'organe déplaçable est un chariot (32) déplaçable dans un berceau définissant la voie de support et de guidage (31) qui est en forme de portion d'enveloppe cylindrique concave, ouverte en direction des sabots,
- la voie est portée par un châssis (20) suspendu sur le bâti (3) par des moyens (23, 24) de réglage en positions verticale et horizontale,
- et le volet (41) comporte un plan de symétrie radial (P′) passant par le centre ( C ) de la portion d'enveloppe et possède une tête de pliage (44) présentant un profil symétrique, de part et d'autre dudit plan.

- And the flap ( 41 ) has a radial plane of symmetry ( P ′ ) passing through the center ( C ) of the envelope portion and has a folding head ( 44 ) having a symmetrical profile, on either side of said plan.
