Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tür, die zwei Metallhautplatten umfaßt, die eine Schicht Isolationsmaterial zwischen sich einschließen und die jeweils nach innen umgefalzte Ränder aufweisen, die miteinander mittels eines Verbindungsprofils mit Schnappverbindungen verbunden sind. Die Erfindung beabsichtigt die Schaffung einer soliden Tür, die eine gute Wärmedämmung aufweist und die einem großen Temperaturunterschied auf beiden Seiten standhalten kann. Dazu ist die Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Rand der Tür ein aus Metall bestehendes L-förmiges Versteifungsprofil aufweist, an das ein nach außen gerichteter Flansch in einen U-förmigen Rand einer ersten Hautplatte zur Bildung einer Randkombination eingreift, und daß zwischen der Randkombination und einem Körper des L-förmigen Versteifungsprofils ein Verbindungsprofil vorhanden ist, das mit einer ersten Schnappverbindung auf die Randkombination und mit einer zweiten Schnappverbindung auf einen U-förmigen Rand der zweiten Hautplatte eingreift.The invention aims to provide a solid door that has good thermal insulation and can withstand a large temperature difference on both sides. In folgenden Bearbeitungsschritten wird die Tür 3 mit Türbeschlägen und eventuell mit einem Fenster, Briefkasten und ähnlichem mehr versehen. Zum Einbringen des Schlosses 41 wird eine dafür bestimmte Aussparung in dem Verbindungsprofil 18 und in dem Omegaprofil 11 und in der Dämmschicht ausgefräst. Basküleverschlußstangen 31 werden von den Oberseiten und von den Unterseiten in die Tür 3 durch zuvor in den Versteifungsprofilen 6 und in den Führungselementen 30 durch Tiefziehen angeformten Führungsbuchsen 34 beziehungsweise 35 gesteckt. Dafür werden ebenfalls die erforderlichen Löcher 40 in den Verbindungsprofilen 18 gebohrt. Die Basküleverschlußstangen 31 werden weiter mit Schraubverbindungen 37 mit zentralen Basküleverschlußstücken 38 verbunden. Das Schloß 41 ist mit Blechtreibschrauben 42 an dem Omegaprofil 11 befestigt.
