Dans le cas présent, la portion sous-jacente 44 comporte 12 reliefs espacés radiaux tels que 45 et 45′, dont les bords longitudinaux tels que 46, de diamètre hors-tout 21 mm, servent de moyens de guidage du clapet 40 dans l'orifice 43, ainsi qu'un jonc de retenue 47 de contour circulaire, supporté par les reliefs 45.
