Definitions
- the invention relates to a mobile cleaning machine with detergent and dirt containers carried along, with a spray nozzle arranged in a spray and suction nozzle arrangement which has its own castor for applying cleaning agent to a surface to be cleaned, and with a suction nozzle for sucking back the detergent applied, the detergent container together is integrated with an associated pressure pump for dispensing the cleaning agent into a chassis which can be driven and steered with the aid of a guide drawbar and the chassis has a receptacle for a suction unit with an integrated dirt container.
- Such a floor cleaning machine is known from DE-A-2019646.
- This device has a movable carriage with a spray and suction nozzle arrangement which can be moved separately from it and which is connected by hoses to the movable carriage or the devices arranged thereon.
- DE-A-2328941 Another floor cleaning machine is described in DE-A-2328941.
- DE-A-2449021 describes a portable floor cleaning device of a similar type which is likewise only to be used for the special purpose for which it is designed.
- the two known devices only have one uniaxial chassis to allow the operator to adjust the angle of spray and suction nozzles to individual needs. When machining large areas for which these special devices are actually designed, however, the constant adjustment of the angle of attack leads to premature fatigue.
- DE-A-3445200 Another cleaning machine is described in DE-A-3445200.
- This machine which is designed as a spray extraction device, should essentially consist of three subassemblies, namely an operating part, a suction container and a spray part.
- the modules should each be box-shaped and releasably attached to one another in three vertically superimposed, parallel planes.
- the individual assemblies should be able to be dismantled and reassembled to enable the device to be converted into a compact, separate wet and dry vacuum cleaner in just a few simple steps.
- a major disadvantage of the known device is that because of the separate usability of the spray and suction devices, separate spray and suction nozzles, each with special feed lines, must be provided. In addition to the cumbersome work with two separate nozzles, the operator must pull the carriage containing the suction and pressure units and the associated containers.
- the invention has for its object to design a mobile cleaning machine so that a separate use of the suction unit is possible, but when using the spray unit together with the suction unit fatigue-free work even on larger areas only by pushing a single trolley with the same, optimal Angle of attack of both the spray nozzles and the suction nozzles is possible. Even if the spray and suction nozzle system is firmly connected to the trolley that holds the associated units and containers, the floor should be cleaned to the very edges of the room.
- a coupling for fastening the spray and suction nozzle arrangement is attached as a stop bracket to the front of the chassis and the spray and suction nozzle arrangement on the coupling can be adjusted to be displaceable transversely to the direction of travel of the machine .
- the invention provides an automatic cleaning machine with a drivable and steerable chassis for the integrated accommodation of an alkali tank and a pressure pump, which has a place for the loose insertion of a suction unit with a dirty water tank.
- the suction unit can therefore be used as a separate vacuum or water vacuum.
- it has a connection to a common spray and suction nozzle arrangement which is to be attached to a coupling of the mobile cleaning machine and itself has at least one castor, so that the whole machine is like a three- or four-wheeled carriage is to be driven over the floor to be cleaned.
- the nozzle unit can be moved to one side or the other so far that by pushing the car on a wall along the floor up to the wall evenly is to be cleaned or otherwise treated.
- the nozzle arrangement has its own chassis, which always ensures the same, optimal angle of attack of both the spray nozzles and the suction lips.
- a special spray-suction unit can be used or the optimal angle of attack of the nozzles etc. can be adjusted before starting work.
- the invention provides a guide drawbar with an integrated cable hook for orderly storing the mains cable when not in use or as a hanging device for a carrying basket or the like. If a bow-shaped drawbar is provided for pushing the cleaning device, it is expedient to integrate the cable hook in both legs of the bow-shaped drawbar.
- the cleaning container is, according to a further embodiment of the invention, with a pull-out hose with a filler nozzle which is to be connected directly to a tap , fitted. In this way, clogging or damage to the pressure pump due to contamination from a bucket filling is avoided.
- the chassis 1 and 2 consists of a chassis designated as a whole with 1 with a detergent container 3 integrated therein together with a pressure pump 2.
- the chassis 1 in the exemplary embodiment has a pair of carrying wheels 4 and a pair of steering wheels 5 and a bow-shaped drawbar 6 with in the top of the Drawbar leg integrated the legs connecting, hook-shaped cable support 7.
- the latter can also be used to attach a support basket 8 with a corresponding hook 9.
- the detergent container 3 has a pull-out hose with filler nozzle 10, which can be connected directly to a tap.
- a nozzle 12 leading to the bottom 11 of the detergent container is provided for suctioning off residual liquor.
- An essential feature of the chassis 1 is a receptacle 14 for a suction unit, generally designated 15, with an integrated dirt container 16 and suction pump 17, and a coupling, designed in the exemplary embodiment as a stop bracket 18, for fastening a spray and suction nozzle arrangement 20 according to FIG. 3, which has its own castor 19
- the suction unit 15 to be lifted out of its position in the receptacle 14 of the chassis 1, for example by a handle 21, is connected to the corresponding suction connection 24 of the spray and suction nozzle arrangement 20 by a suction hose 23 starting from its suction nozzle 22, if the latter is attached to the stop bracket 18.
- the pressure line 25 can be passed through a control valve 26 provided in the drawbar 6, with which it is possible to regulate the amount of detergent sprayed individually.
- the drawbar 6 can also contain a control panel 27 with knobs for the various units.
- the actual spray and suction nozzle assembly 20 is shown in more detail in FIGS. 3 to 6. It has a roller 19 or a pair of rollers which is provided for the defined specification of the distance and the angle of attack of the spray nozzle 28 and suction lips 29. In principle, it is possible to equip the chassis with only one pair of carrying wheels 4 and to design the driving roller 19 of the spray and suction nozzle arrangement 20 as the only steering roller of the entire cleaning machine.
- the spray and suction nozzle assembly has an outlet, namely a spray nozzle 28, which is coupled in operation to the pressure line 25 and an inlet, namely a suction lip 29, which in operation via its suction connection 24 and the suction hose 23 with the suction port 22 of the suction unit 15 is connected.
- the roller nozzle or spray and suction nozzle arrangement 20 which has a castor 19 in the exemplary embodiment is equipped with a hood 30 which shields the nozzles or suction lips upwards and to the sides and in each case directs the spray jets onto the floor.
- An essential feature of the spray and suction nozzle arrangement according to the invention at its connection to the chassis 1 is the lateral displaceability and adjustability of the nozzle assembly, in such a way that it can be displaced to the right or left in relation to the chassis and thus specifically to the edge between the wall and Floor of a room.
- the cleaning machine has according to Fig. 1 to 5 an extremely variable application as a rinsing extraction device in the actual, special sense, as a vacuum cleaner with the possibility of attaching a microfilter, as a dust water cleaner and as a foam cleaning device for cleaning horizontal surfaces.
- the machine is fatigue-free to operate due to the roller of the nozzle aggregate, even when working on larger areas, since it only has to be pushed because the angle of attack of the spray nozzles and suction lips required for an optimal working result can be preset.
- the roller nozzle is characterized by ergonomically easy running both when spraying and when suctioning, and by the possibility of crossing thresholds or being folded up on an edge of the elevator and thus being put out of operation.
- suction unit If only the suction unit is needed, it can simply be lifted out of the chassis using the associated handle and equipped with an intake socket for sucking up dirt and / or water. The cleaning success can be checked with the naked eye if the dirt container is at least partially transparent Wall is equipped.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mobile cleaning machine with detergent and dirt containers carried along, with a spray nozzle arranged in a spray and suction nozzle arrangement which has its own castor for applying cleaning agent to a surface to be cleaned, and with a suction nozzle for sucking back the detergent applied, the detergent container together is integrated with an associated pressure pump for dispensing the cleaning agent into a chassis which can be driven and steered with the aid of a guide drawbar and the chassis has a receptacle for a suction unit with an integrated dirt container.
Such a floor cleaning machine is known from DE-A-2019646. This device has a movable carriage with a spray and suction nozzle arrangement which can be moved separately from it and which is connected by hoses to the movable carriage or the devices arranged thereon.
Another floor cleaning machine is described in DE-A-2328941. In this device, all functions and containers are integrated in a single two-wheel cart with a drawbar. Such a machine is therefore only designed as a special device for certain cleaning tasks. DE-A-2449021 describes a portable floor cleaning device of a similar type which is likewise only to be used for the special purpose for which it is designed. The two known devices only have one uniaxial chassis to allow the operator to adjust the angle of spray and suction nozzles to individual needs. When machining large areas for which these special devices are actually designed, however, the constant adjustment of the angle of attack leads to premature fatigue.
Another cleaning machine is described in DE-A-3445200. This machine, which is designed as a spray extraction device, should essentially consist of three subassemblies, namely an operating part, a suction container and a spray part. The modules should each be box-shaped and releasably attached to one another in three vertically superimposed, parallel planes. The individual assemblies should be able to be dismantled and reassembled to enable the device to be converted into a compact, separate wet and dry vacuum cleaner in just a few simple steps. A major disadvantage of the known device, however, is that because of the separate usability of the spray and suction devices, separate spray and suction nozzles, each with special feed lines, must be provided. In addition to the cumbersome work with two separate nozzles, the operator must pull the carriage containing the suction and pressure units and the associated containers.
From US-A-4,616,378 a movable suction device is known, in which the suction nozzle is attached to a coupling arranged on the chassis. Finally, from US-A-3,981,596 a movable spraying and polishing device is known, in which a spray nozzle arrangement is coupled to the chassis of the device.
The invention has for its object to design a mobile cleaning machine so that a separate use of the suction unit is possible, but when using the spray unit together with the suction unit fatigue-free work even on larger areas only by pushing a single trolley with the same, optimal Angle of attack of both the spray nozzles and the suction nozzles is possible. Even if the spray and suction nozzle system is firmly connected to the trolley that holds the associated units and containers, the floor should be cleaned to the very edges of the room.
The solution according to the invention for the mobile cleaning machine of the type mentioned at the outset is that a coupling for fastening the spray and suction nozzle arrangement is attached as a stop bracket to the front of the chassis and the spray and suction nozzle arrangement on the coupling can be adjusted to be displaceable transversely to the direction of travel of the machine .
The invention provides an automatic cleaning machine with a drivable and steerable chassis for the integrated accommodation of an alkali tank and a pressure pump, which has a place for the loose insertion of a suction unit with a dirty water tank. The suction unit can therefore be used as a separate vacuum or water vacuum. However, in combination with the cleaning machine according to the invention, it has a connection to a common spray and suction nozzle arrangement which is to be attached to a coupling of the mobile cleaning machine and itself has at least one castor, so that the whole machine is like a three- or four-wheeled carriage is to be driven over the floor to be cleaned. Since also that containing the spray and suction nozzle Unit on a bracket transverse to the direction of travel of the car to be locked on this, the nozzle unit can be moved to one side or the other so far that by pushing the car on a wall along the floor up to the wall evenly is to be cleaned or otherwise treated.
Another advantage of the invention is that the nozzle arrangement has its own chassis, which always ensures the same, optimal angle of attack of both the spray nozzles and the suction lips. Depending on the type of floor to be treated, a special spray-suction unit can be used or the optimal angle of attack of the nozzles etc. can be adjusted before starting work.
In an embodiment, the invention provides a guide drawbar with an integrated cable hook for orderly storing the mains cable when not in use or as a hanging device for a carrying basket or the like. If a bow-shaped drawbar is provided for pushing the cleaning device, it is expedient to integrate the cable hook in both legs of the bow-shaped drawbar.
In order to ensure that the detergent container or lye tank is to be filled directly at a tap, so that the cumbersome transport with a water bucket is unnecessary, the cleaning container is, according to a further embodiment of the invention, with a pull-out hose with a filler nozzle which is to be connected directly to a tap , fitted. In this way, clogging or damage to the pressure pump due to contamination from a bucket filling is avoided.
Finally, according to a further development of the invention, it is advantageous to install a nozzle leading to the bottom of the container for sucking off the respective residual liquor in the detergent container. This eliminates the need for additional drain valves, which have repeatedly led to leaks in practice.

Außerdem wird im Reinigungsmittelbehälter 3 ein zu dessen Boden 11 führender Stutzen 12 zum Absaugen von Restlauge vorgesehen.1 and 2 consists of a chassis designated as a whole with 1 with a
An essential feature of the chassis 1 is a
The actual spray and
The spray and suction nozzle assembly has an outlet, namely a
An essential feature of the spray and suction nozzle arrangement according to the invention at its connection to the chassis 1 is the lateral displaceability and adjustability of the nozzle assembly, in such a way that it can be displaced to the right or left in relation to the chassis and thus specifically to the edge between the wall and Floor of a room.
After the foregoing, the cleaning machine has according to Fig. 1 to 5 an extremely variable application as a rinsing extraction device in the actual, special sense, as a vacuum cleaner with the possibility of attaching a microfilter, as a dust water cleaner and as a foam cleaning device for cleaning horizontal surfaces. The machine is fatigue-free to operate due to the roller of the nozzle aggregate, even when working on larger areas, since it only has to be pushed because the angle of attack of the spray nozzles and suction lips required for an optimal working result can be preset. The roller nozzle is characterized by ergonomically easy running both when spraying and when suctioning, and by the possibility of crossing thresholds or being folded up on an edge of the elevator and thus being put out of operation.
If only the suction unit is needed, it can simply be lifted out of the chassis using the associated handle and equipped with an intake socket for sucking up dirt and / or water. The cleaning success can be checked with the naked eye if the dirt container is at least partially transparent Wall is equipped.
