Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen einer fortlaufenden Reißverschlußkette (1) mit aufeinanderfolgenden Untertrittbändern (5) längs einer horizontalen geraden Bahn in einer Reißverschluß-Endbearbeitungsmaschine, wobei die Reißverschlußkette (1) zwei im wesentlichen endlose Tragbänder (2,2) aufweist, wobei an den gegenüberliegenden inneren Längsrändern dieser Tragbänder (2,2) ein Paar miteinander gekuppelter Kuppelgliederreihen (3,3) angeordnet ist, wobei die aufeinanderfolgenden Untertrittbänder (5) in gefalteter Lage an einem der Tragbänder (2) befestigt sind, umfassend den Schritt des Zuführens der Reißverschlußkette (1) mit den aufeinanderfolgenden Untertrittbändern (5) längs der geraden Bahn, indem normalerweise eine Antriebskraft auf mindestens eines der Tragbänder (2,2) ausgeübt wird; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reißverschlußkette (1) mit den aufeinanderfolgenden Untertrittbändern (5) längs der geraden Bahn zugeführt wird, indem eine Antriebskraft nur auf das andere Tragband (2) ausgeübt wird, das keine Untertrittbänder (5) aufweist, während die Reißverschlußkette (1) nicht durch einen Schieber (6) hindurchgezogen wird, und daß die Reißverschlußkette (1) mit den aufeinanderfolgenden Untertrittbändern (5) längs der geraden Bahn zugeführt wird, indem eine Antriebskraft auf beide Tragbänder (2,2) ausgeübt wird, während die Reißverschlußkette (1) durch einen Schieber (6) hindurchgezogen wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer fortlaufenden Reißverschlußkette (1) mit aufeinanderfolgenden Untertrittbändern (5) längs einer horizontalen geraden Bahn in einer Reißverschluß-Endbearbeitungsmaschine, wobei die Reißverschlußkette (1) zwei Reißverschlußbänder umfaßt, die zwei im wesentlichen endlose Tragbänder (2,2) und ein Paar gekuppelter Kuppelgliederreihen (3,3) aufweisen, die entlang den gegenüberliegenden inneren Längsrändern der Tragbänder (2,2) angeordnet sind, wobei die aufeinanderfolgenden Untertrittbänder (5) in gefalteter Lage an einer Unterseite eines der Tragbänder (2,2) befestigt sind, umfassend: eine Hauptrolle (22), die unter der geraden Bahn angeordnet und mit der Unterseite beider Tragbänder (2,2) in Eingriff bringbar ist; und erste und zweite zugeordnete Rollen (23,24), die über der geraden Bahn angeordnet und mit den betreffenden Oberseiten der Tragbänder (2,2) in Eingriff bringbar sind, wobei die erste und die zweite zugeordnete Rolle (23,24) unabhängig voneinander vertikal bewegbar sind, wobei die Hauptrolle (22) von einem Motor od. dgl. angetrieben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, um lediglich eine Rolle (24) der ersten und zweiten Rollen (23,24) in eine abgesenkte Position zu bewegen, um nur ein Tragband (2) gegen die Hauptrolle (22) zu belasten, während die Reißverschlußkette (1) nicht durch einen Schieber hindurchgezogen wird, und um sowohl die erste als auch die zweite Rolle (23,24) in eine abgesenkte Position zu bewegen, um beide Tragbänder gegen die Hauptrolle (22) zu belasten, während die Reißverschlußkette (1) durch einen Schieber hindurchgezogen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Rollen (23,24) an entsprechenden unteren Enden von zwei vertikalen Stangen (32,33) drehbar abgestützt sind, die an ihren oberen Enden zur vertikalen Bewegung mit ersten und zweiten Zylindern (38,39) gekuppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptrolle (22) zwei im axialen Abstand angeordnete Abschnitte (26,26) mit großem Durchmesser aufweist, die mit den betreffenden Unterseiten der Tragbänder (2,2) in Eingriff bringbar sind, wobei die Rollenabschnitte (26,26) mit großem Durchmesser zwischen sich eine die gekuppelten Kuppelgliederreihen (3,3) aufnehmende Ringnut (25) begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptrolle (22) wahlweise von einem Motor (27) oder einem Zylinder (28) antreibbar ist.
