Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine einrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of the main claim.
Eine solche Vorrichtung ist aus DE-OS 15 46 312 bekanntgeworden. Dabei tritt die Streichmasse durch den Einlaufschlitz in die Egalisierkammer ein und füllt diese dabei restlos aus. Ein Teil der Streichmasse verläßt die Egalisierkammer, an der Papierbahn haftend, auf der Auslaufseiten, nämlich zwischen Rakelelement und Papierbahn. Ein anderer Teil, nämlich der Überschuß, verläßt die Egalisierkammer wiederum auf der Einlaufseite, und zwar im Gegenstrom zu der dort einlaufenden Streichmasse. Im Einlaufspalt sind somit zwei Ströme vorhanden, die in einander entgegengesetzten Richtungen verlaufen.Such a device has become known from DE-OS 15 46 312. Der Überschuß muß auch hier somit wiederum entgegen der Laufrichtung der Papierbahn strömen. Es tritt nun die in reichlicher Überdosierung aufgetragene Vordosiermenge der Streichmasse 18 durch den an der Warenbahn gebildeten Spalt 14 in die Egalisierkammer 1 ein. Es wird nun ein Spalt mit geringer Spaltweite 14 durch Verschiebung der Vorderwand 4 eingestellt. Der Drehschieber 7 bzw. der Drosselschieber 15 wird dann so eingestellt, daß die überschüssige Streichmasse nur durch die Auslaufkanäle 10 bzw. 20, aber nicht oder nicht in nennenswertem Maße durch den Spalt 14 aus der Egalisierkammer 1 austritt. Hierdurch ergeben sich im Bereich der Warenbahn die gleichmäßigsten Strömungsverhältnisse in der Egalisierkammer 1 einschließlich Spalt 14 und ein einwandfreier Strich ohne Schlieren, Bildung von Apfelsinenhaut, Filmsplitting oder ähnlichem.The pre-metered amount of the
