Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Walzgerüst zur Herstellung eines Walzgutes, insbesondere eines Walzbandes, mit Arbeitswalzen, Stützwalzen oder Zwischenwalzen und Stützwalzen.The present invention relates to a roll stand for producing a rolling stock, in particular a rolled strip, with work rolls, back-up rolls or intermediate rolls and back-up rolls.

Eine Mehrfachverwendung dieses bekannten Walzgerüsts beispielsweise als Reversiergerüst und/oder Dressiergerüst ist nach der genannten Druckschrift nicht vorgesehen, vielmehr würde bei Bedarf im allgemeinen ein separates Dressiergerüst verwendet werden. In vielen Fällen kann es aber sinnvoll sein, wenn dasselbe Walzgerüst für verschiedene Aufgaben genutzt wird, um so die Investitionskosten zu senken, insbesondere für die Verarbeitung kleiner Losgrößen. Im allgemeinen ergeben sich dabei verhältnismäßig lange Umrüstzeiten bis zu acht Stunden, wenn beispielsweise bei der Umstellung vom Sexto- Betrieb auf Duo- Betrieb die Arbeits- Zwischen- und Stützwalzen aus dem Walzenständer entfernt und gegen einen neuen Arbeitswalzensatz ausgetauscht werden. Auch sind konstruktive Anpassungen insbesondere der Walzenantriebe erforderlich, verbunden mit erhöhten Aufwendungen.Such a roll stand of the same type is described in EP-PS 0059417. Die Walzenständer (1) besitzen je ein Ständerfenster (2), in denen zwei schlanke Arbeitswalzen (3, 4) aufgenommen werden, die von den Stützarmen (5, 6; 7, 8) in bekannter Weise beidseitig abgestützt werden. Die im Gerüst (1) bzw. im Ständerfenster (2) ebenfalls befindlichen Stützwalzen (10, 11) sind an ihren Enden bekanntermaßen in Einbaustücken (12, 13) gelagert. Den Einbaustücken (16, 17) der oberen und unteren Zwischenwalzen (14, 15) sind im Bereich der ständerfesten Blöcke jeweils Verstellmittel (24 - 27) in Form von hydraulisch beaufschlagbaren Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten zugeordnet. Diese Verstellmittel bzw. Biegevorrichtungen (24 - 27) für die Zwischenwalzen (14, 15) sind jeweils in die zugeordneten Führungsstücke (20 - 23) eingebaut. Die Einbaustücke (30, 31) der Arbeitswalzen (33, 34) in die Führungsstücke (20 - 23) eingepaßt, die für die Einbaustücke der Zwischenwalzen bei der Verwendung als Sexto- Gerüst gemäß Figur 1 als Führungen dienen (vgl. Fig. 1, Einbaustücke 16, 17; Zwischenwalzen 14, 15). Der Zwischenwalzenbiegeblock mit den Verstellmitteln (24 - 27) kann vorteilhaft als neuer Arbeitswalzenbiegeblock für die Bombierung der Arbeitswalzen (33, 34) verwendet werden. Die Einbaustücke (12, 13) mit den Stützwalzen (10, 11) werden über die Verstellmittel (24 - 27) auseinander bewegt und die neuen Arbeitswalzen (33, 34) zusammen mit den Einbaustücken (30, 31) und den damit verbundenen Abstandsstücken (35, 36) in die Ständerfenster (2) eingefahren. Die Verstellmittel (24 - 27) werden nun gelöst.
