L'invention concerne les rampes de culbuteurs pour moteur à combustion interne et, plus particulièrement, leur agencement sur une culasse.The invention relates to rocker arm ramps for an internal combustion engine and, more particularly, their arrangement on a cylinder head.
On sait qu'une rampe de culbuteurs comprend un axe porté par au moins un support solidaire de la culasse du moteur, ce support étant soit rapporté et fixé sur la culasse soit venu de matière avec cette dernière. Des chapeaux peuvent être utilisés pour assurer la fixation de l'axe sur ses supports, de même que des chapeaux de paliers sont prévus pour délimiter en partie les paliers qui supportent à rotation un arbre à cames, ces chapeaux étant fixés sur la culasse par des vis ou moyens analogues. Les culbuteurs sont montés oscillants sur l'axe et sont maintenus et guidés latéralement le long de cet axe par des organes comportant des surfaces de guidage perpendiculaires audit axe. Dans la technique antérieure, ces organes peuvent être constitués par les chapeaux de support de la rampe de culbuteurs ou par des entretoises enfilées sur l'axe et le cas échéant sollicitées par des ressorts. Une rampe de culbuteurs selon un mode préféré de réalisation de l'invention est illustrée aux Figs. 1 et 2. Un axe de culbuteurs 1 est disposé de façon classique parallèlement à un arbre à cames 2. Des culbuteurs 3 sont montés de façon oscillante sur l'axe 1 qui est fixé dans des supports 4ª d'une culasse 4, directement par des vis 5 traversant diamétralement l'axe de culbuteurs pour être vissées dans des trous taraudés dans la culasse.
