Abstract

Das Sortiersieb weist Vertiefungen 5 auf, auf deren Grund sich feine Schlitze 4 oder Sieblöcher befinden. Die Vertiefungen ha­ ben im allgemeinen längliche Form, wobei ihre Längserstreckung parallel oder leicht geneigt zur Rotationsachse eines Rotors verläuft, der Sortierflügel 2 dicht am Sieb vorbeiführt. Die Vorderkante der Vertiefungen 5 - in Rotationsrichtung der Sor­ tierflügel 2 gesehen - ist dabei geneigt zur umhüllenden Mantel­ fläche des Siebkorbes angeordnet, und zwar mit einem Winkel zwi­ schen l5, vorzugsweise 30 und 60°. Die Siebschlitze bzw. Sieb­ lochreihen verlaufen dabei parallel zu der genannten Vorderkante der Vertiefungen 5. Für die Anwendung der Siebkörbe bei der Sor­ tierung von Faserstoffsuspensionen wird dabei ein besserer Sor­ tiereffekt und eine stärkere Siebfreihaltung erreicht.
