Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Freigabe und Entgegennahme von mit je einem Kopplungsteil ausgestatteten Transportwagen, insbesondere von Einkaufs- oder Gepäckwagen, bei dem die Transportwagen gegen Entrichtung eines Münzpfandes von der als Sammelstelle gestalteten ortsfesten Einrichtung entnommen und nach Gebrauch zu dieser wieder zurückgebracht werden, wobeinach erfolgtem Zurückgabevorgang eines Transportwagens das zuvor entrichtete, in dem Kopplungsteil des zurückgebrachten Transportwagens enthaltene Münzpfand zurückerstattet wird.The invention relates to a method and a device for releasing and receiving transport trolleys equipped with a coupling part, in particular shopping or luggage trolleys, in which the transport trolleys are removed from the fixed installation designed as a collection point and returned to the latter after use in return for payment of a coin deposit are, after the return operation of a transport vehicle, the previously paid coin deposit contained in the coupling part of the returned transport vehicle is refunded.
Einrichtungen dieser Art (vgl. DE-A1-2900367 oder EP-A2-0070997) werden bevorzugt in Selbstbedienungsgeschäften, aber auch auf Bahnhöfen und Flugplätzen eingesetzt. Durch die bei der Entnahme eines Transportwagens erforderliche Entrichtung eines Münzpfandes will man erreichen, daß die Transportwagen nach erfolgtem Gebrauch wieder zur Sammelstelle zurückgebracht werden. Zu diesem Zweck weisen diese Transportwagen Kopplungsteile auf, die eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme und zur Zurückgabe einer als Pfand dienenden Münze besitzen Über die Kopplungsteile lassen sich die Transportwagen in ineinandergeschobenem Zustand aneinanderkoppeln, wobei der in Fahrtrichtung betrachtet zuvorderst angeordnete Transportwagen wiederum an einem die Sammelstelle bildenden Halteständer angekoppelt ist.Devices of this type (cf. Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Transportwagen grundsätzlich zur Sammelstelle zurückgebracht werden müssen, wenn man das Münzpfand erhalten will. Ein "wildes" Ankopppeln von Transportwagen untereinander fern ab von der Sammelstelle ist nicht möglich. Ferner erspart man sich eine aufwendige Münzausgabevorrichtung an den Kopplungsteilen dadurch, daß ein und derselbe Schlüssel zu allen Kopplungsteilen paßt. Wo bisher je ein Schlüssel oder eine ähnliche, die gleiche Funktion wie der Schlüssel ausübende Einrichtung an jedem Kopplungsteil vorgesehen war, reduziert sich diese jetzt auf eine einzige. Das Verfahren und die neue Einrichtung 1 werden anhand einer Zeichnung näher erläutert. Man erkennt in der Zeichnung einen Stapel ineinandergeschobener Transportwagen 2, 2′, 2˝; im Beispiel sind es Einkaufswagen. Es könnten genauso auch die bekannten Gepäcktransportwagen mein, Der in Fahrtrichtung zuvorderste Transportwagen 2′ ist an einem bügelförmigen Halteständer 7 lösbar angekoppelt. An dem vordersten Transportwagen 2′ sind entgegen der Schubrichtung weitere Transportwagen 2, 2˝ in einer Reihe lösbar angekoppelt. Um diese Art der Ankopplung zu ermöglichen, weist jeder Transportwagen 2, 2′, 2˝ beispielsweise nahe seines Griffbereiches 3 ein Kopplungsteil 4 auf, das in bekannter Weise eine Ankopplung eines Transportwagens 2, 2˝ mit einem jeweils vorausbefindlichen Transportwagen 2, 2′ oder mit dem Halteständer 7 ermöglicht. Die Kopplungsteile 4 besitzen eine Vorrichtung 5 zur Aufnahme und zur Zurückgabe einer Münze. Steckt man eine Münze in das Kopplungsteil 4 des hintersten Transportwagens 2˝, so wird dessen Kopplungsteil 4 in bekannter Weise derart beeinflußt, daß sich dessen Verriegelung mit dem vor ihm befindlichen Transportwagen 2 oder 2′ löst. Der hinterste Transportwagen 2˝ läßt sich somit dem Stapel entnehmen. Er steht dem Benutzer zur Verfügung. In diesem Zustand verbleibt die Münze im Kopplungsteil 4. Sie kann aus ihm nicht von Hand entnommen werden. Auch dies ist bekannt und bedarf daher keiner weiteren Erklärung. Bringt der Benutzer den Transportwagen 2, 2˝ wieder zur Sammelstelle 6 zurück, schiebt er ihn wieder in den Stapel der anderen Transportwagen 2, 2′. Je nach Ausbildung des Kopplungsteiles 4 ist es nun möglich, die Verriegelung des in den Stapel eingeschobenen Transportwagens 2 oder 2˝ noch vor der Zurückerstattung der zuvor eingezahlten Münze oder aber während des Zurückerstattungsvorganges der Münze erfolgen zu lassen. Diese Entscheidung bleibt dem Hersteller der Kopplungsteile 4 überlassen. Neu ist nun, daß der Zurückzahlvorgang nur durch einen Zentralschlüssel 17 durchgeführt werden kann, der an der Sammelstelle 6 unverlierbar, jedoch bewegbar befestigt, bereitgehalten wird. Durch entsprechenden Kontakt des Zentralschlüssels 17 mit dem Kopplungsteil 4 des eingeschobenen Transportwagens 2, 2′, 2˝ wird dieses zur Herausgabe der Münze veranlaßt, beispielsweise dadurch, daß der Zentralschlüssel 17 auf rein mechanische Weise ein im Kopplungsteil 4 befindliche Sperre löst, die die Münze zuvor festgehalten hat und diese nun freigibt. Der Halteständer 7 besteht im Beispiel aus einem U-förmigen Bügel 8, dessen Schenkel 9 am Boden befestigt sind. An der Querverbindung 10 des Bügels 8 ist ein weiterer Bügel 11 vorgesehen, der mit dem Kopplungsteil 4 des vordersten Transportwagens 2′ auf irgend eine bekannte Art gekoppelt ist. Seitlich am Bügel 8 ist ein nach oben gerichteter Pfosten 12 vorgesehen, der ein waagrechtes Tragteil 14, etwa in Form eines Rohres oder Drahtseiles trägt, das zu einem weiteren Pfosten 13 führt, der am Boden befestigt ist. Beide Pfosten 12, 13 können in Bodennähe mit einer Strebe 18 verbunden sein. An dem beispielsweise aus einem Rundrohr gefertigten Tragteil 14 ist ein Gleitstück 15 gelagert, das sich auf dem Tragteil 14 hin- und herschieben läßt. Vom Gleitstück 15 führt eine zweckmäßigerweise gefederte Schnur 16 nach unten, an deren Ende der Zentralschlüssel 17 in Greifhöhe unverlierbar befestigt ist. Durch diese Anordnung läßt sich der Zentralschlüssel 17 zwischen beiden Pfosten 12, 13 zu jedem Transportwagen 2, 2′, 2˝ bewegen. Es ist zweckmäßig, die Schnur 16 nur so lange auszubilden, daß jeder Transportwagen 2, 2′, 2˝, will man die Ausgabe der Münze bewirken, ganz nahe an die Strebe 18 herangeführt werden muß. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, daß die zurückgebrachten Transportwagen 2, 2′, 2˝ einen geradeaus gerichteten Stapel bilden.The method and the new device 1 are explained in more detail with reference to a drawing. Die beiden Pfosten 12, 13 müssen nicht unbedingt am Boden befestigt sein. Es ist durchaus denkbar, die beiden Pfosten 12, 13 in einem Laden von der Decke herabzuführen. Ebenso ist die Verbindung des Pfostens 12 mit dem Halteständer 7 nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Jedoch bilden der Halteständer 7, die beiden Pfosten 12, 13, das Tragteil 14, gegebenenfalls die Strebe 18, und der Zentralschlüssel 17 mit Schnur 16 und Gleitstück 15 die Sammelstelle 6, zu der die Transportwagen 2, 2′, 2˝ zurückgebracht und von dort wieder entnommen werden können. Zu einer Sammelstelle 6 können eber auch mehrere in einer Flucht aufgestellte Pfosten 12, 13 mit Tragteilen 14 und Zentralschlüssel 17 gehören, je nachdem wie lange der Stapel Transportwagen 2, 2′, 2˝ maximal sein soll. Zweckmäßigerweise lassen sich auch mehrere Sammelstellen 6 nebeneinender anordnen, um beispielsweise eine große Anzahl von Transportwagen 2, 2′, 2˝ zentral unterzubringen.The two
