Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Knotenverbindung für Stabwerke mit mehr als zwei in einem Knoten verbundenen Stäben, die als Rohre ausgebildet sind und durch Öffnungen eines mit einer erhärtenden Vergußmasse füllbaren Metallkastens ragen und im Metallkasten mit einem fromschlußbildenden, eingeschnürten Endabschnitt enden.The invention relates to a knot connection for rod structures with more than two bars connected in a knot, which are designed as tubes and protrude through openings in a metal box that can be filled with a hardening sealing compound and end in the metal box with a constricting, constricted end section.
Bei derartigen Knotenverbindungen, wie sie z. B. aus der GB-A-27l 709 bekannt geworden sind, stellt der eingeschnürte Endabschnitt bei jedem Stab bzw. Rohr eine Schwachstelle dar. Es ist eine entsprechend große Dimensionierung der Stäbe notwendig, damit diese hohe Zugkräfte oder Biegemomente aufnehmen können. Größere, auf die Stäbe wirkende Zugkräfte können den Endabschnitt des Stabes verformen und es geht der Formschluß mit der Vergußmasse verloren. Diesselbe Problematik existiert grundsätzlich auch bei der Knotenverbindung, wie sie aus der AT-A 339 094 bekannt ist.With such node connections, as z. Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Knotenverbindung der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, daß im eingeschnürten Endabschnitt des Stabes zwei entgegengesetzt konische Einschubteile jeweils an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Einschnürung unter Vorspannung anliegend angeordnet sind und daß die Einschnürung der Form der Einschubteile angepaßt ist. Von außen einwirkende Stabkräfte können den auf diese Weise von innen abgestützen Endabschnitt des Stabes niemals deformieren, so daß ein absolut sicherer Formschluß mit der Vergußmasse erreicht wird. Die Einschubteile stellen das in den Endabschnitten der Stäbe verbleibende Gegenwerkzeug beim Herstellen der Einschnürung mittels eines oder mehrerer Preßwerkzeuge dar; die Einschnürung ist demgemäß der Form der Einschubteile angepaßt.This object is achieved with a knot connection of the type mentioned in that in the constricted end section of the rod two oppositely conical insertion parts are each arranged on opposite sides of the constriction under pretension and that the constriction is adapted to the shape of the insertion parts. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Einschubteile durch ein in der Rohrachse befindliches, längenveränderliches Zugglied gegenseitig verspannbar sind. Die beim Herstellen der Einschnürung eintretende geringfügige Rückfederung der verformten Rohrwand bewirkt einen Spalt zwischen den Einschubteilen und der Innenseite der eingeschnürten Rohrwand. Durch Verringern der Länge des die beiden Einschubteile in der Rohrachse verbindenden Zuggliedes, z. B. durch Anziehen der als solches Zugglied dienenden Schraube oder mehrere solcher Schrauben, kann dieser Spalt geschlossen und der Formschluß mit der Vergußmasse noch sicherer gestaltet werden. Ein Teil der Stabkraft wird außerdem vom Zugglied aufgenommen und dadurch der Rohrquerschnitt im wichtigen Bereich des Endabschnittes entlastet.In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the slide-in parts can be clamped to one another by a tension member which is variable in length in the tube axis.
