Description

Nach Fig. I werden aus einer Polyesterschmelze über ein Spinnpaket I in bekannter Weise Filamente 2, 2' zu zwei oder mehr Polyesterfäden 3 zusammengefasst und über eine Einrichtung 4, welche eine Spinnpräparation 5 aufbringt, geführt. Der unverstreckte Polyesterfaden 3 wird nun über eine Liefergalette 6 und eine Separierrolle 7 einem Streckstift 8 zugeführt, welchem eine Umlenkrolle 9 zugeordnet sein kann. Vom Streckstift, welcher mehr als 90° und weniger als 360° umschlungen ist, wird ein nun verstreckter Polyesterfaden 3' über eine Streckabzugsgalette 10 und eine Separierrolle II geführt. Polyethylenterephthalat mit einer intrinsischen Viskosität von 0,67 wurde bei 300°C aus einem Vierfachspinndüsenpaket zu vier Fäden des Endtiters 167 f 30 dtex extrudiert. Die vier Fäden wurden gemeinsam mittels einer Querluftanblasung gekühlt, mit einer wässrigen Präparation versehen, parallel mit je 6 Umwindungen um die Liefergalette und um die Abzugsgalette eines Streckwerks gemäss Abb. I gekühlt und danach aufgewickelt. Die Temperatur der Liefergalette beträgt 80°C, die der Abzugsgalette 160°C. Die jeweiligen Streckstiftumschlingungswinkel, die Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten sowie die erzielten Fadeneigenschaften sind in der Tabelle angegeben worden. Gegenüber den Vergleichsbeispielen I, 3 und 6 zeigen die erfindungsgemässen Beispiele 2, 4, 5 und 7 bessere Festigkeiten, höhere Dehnungen und kleinere Titerunregelmässigkeiten und auch eine sehr viel bessere Anfärbeegalität.Polyethylene terephthalate with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.67 was extruded at 300 ° C from a fourfold spinneret to four threads of the final titer 167 f 30 dtex. - - Die Geschwindigkeit der Liefergalette betrug 2900 m/min, die der Abzugsgalette 5800 m/min.
- - Die Temperatur der Abzugsgalette betrug 230°C.
- - Der Streckstift wurde mit 90°C umschlungen.
- - Alle anderen Spinn- und Streckbedingungen entsprachen denjenigen der vorausgegangenen Beispiele. Die erhaltenen Fäden hatten folgende Eigenschaften:
