Aus der CH-PS 487 791 ist eine Wickelvorrichtung mit einer gestellfesten Wickelstelle bekannt, die aus zwei gegenüberliegenden Paaren von mit einem Drehantrieb versehenen Wickelstiften bestehen, die zum Erfassen einer abschnittweise kernlos aufzuwickelnden Materialbahn aufeinander zu vorschiebbar sind, so daß die jeweils beiden Wickelstifte die Bahn zwischen sich einfas- sen, und die zur Freigabe eines Wickels über die Seitenkanten der Bahn hinaus zurückziehbar sind. Die bekannte Vorrichtung dient zum intermittierenden Aufwickeln von Bahnabschnitten, die von einer endlosen Bahn abgetrennt werden, bei der die in einer gemeinsamen Ebene aufeinander zu und voneinander weg verschiebbaren Wickelstifte bei ihrem Vorschieben eine zangenartige Öffnungsbewegung zum Erfassen der Bahn und bei ihrem Zurückziehen eine entsprechende Schließbewegung ausführen, so daß der Reibschluß der Wickelstifte mit dem Wickel verringert wird und sich der gebildete Wickel leicht von diesem abstreifen läßt. Der noch mit der Bahn verbundene Wickel fällt dann in eine Auffangwanne. Zum Abtrennen der Bahn von dem Wickel sind beidseits der Wickelstelle die Bahn festklemmende Klemmbackenpaare und zwischen diesen ein Trennmesser vorgesehen. Vor dem Durchtrennen wird die zwischen den Backen festgeklemmte Bahn durch eine Spanneinrichtung gestrafft, so daß die entsprechend ausgerichteten und gespreizten Wickelstifte zum Erfassen der Bahn wieder aufeinander zu vorgeschoben werden können. Die bekannte Wickelvorrichtung ermöglicht keine Aufwicklung und Trennung einer kontinuierlich zugefühzten Bahn.
