Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Synthesegas aus festen Brennstoffen unter Verwendung von endotherm (32 bis 38) und exotherm (40 bis 47) reagieren den Vergasungsmitteln in einem Reaktor (10) mit einem Wirbelbett (14), einem darüber befindlichen Nachreaktions raum (18) und einem darunter befindlichen Festbett (20). Die Geschwindigkeit, mit welcher die das Festbett (20) bildenden festen Vergasungsrückstände aus dem Reaktor (10) abgezogen werden, wird in Abhängigkeit von der Höhe (60, 61) des Festbettes (20) derart geregelt, daß die obere Begrenzung (24) desselben unterhalb jenes Bereiches(40) bleibt, in welchem exotherm reagierendes Vergasungsmittel in den Vergasungsprozess eingeführt wird. The invention relates to a method for producing Solid fuel synthesis gas using react endothermically (32 to 38) and exothermically (40 to 47) the gasification means in a reactor (10) with a Fluid bed (14), an after-reaction located above room (18) and an underlying fixed bed (20). The speed at which the fixed bed (20) solid gasification residues from the reactor (10) depending on the height (60, 61) of the fixed bed (20) regulated such that the upper Boundary (24) of the same below that area (40) remains in which exothermic gasifying agent is introduced into the gasification process.
