Claims (1)
- Verfahren zum Dispergieren eines Produktes in einem Fluid, in welchem man- das zu dispergierende Produkt in einem zylindrischen oder prismatischen Speicherbehälter (1) zwischen einem axial beweglichen Kolben (4) und einem Gegenstück (8) einschließt, weich letzteres eine axial gerichtete Austrittsdüse (7) aufweist,- auf die der Masse des Produkts (9) abgekehrte Seite des Kolbens (4) einen solchen Fluiddruck ausübt, der geeignet ist, um den Kolben und die Masse (9) des Produkts in Richtung auf das Gegenstück (8) hin zu bewegen,- das zum Dispergieren benutzte Fluid entlang einer solchen Strecke strömen läßt, die aus einem Eingangsabschnitt (3), einer Austrittsdüse (7) und einem Zwischenabschnitt besteht, in welchem das Fluid sich von dem Eingangsabschnitt (3) in Richtung auf die Austrittsdüse (7) hin bewegt, und zwar entlang der freien Oberfläche des Produkts, um dieses abzutragen und mitzunehmen, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt eine Gestaltung sowie Abmessungen aufweist, die genau konstant sind, da die Oberfläche der Masse des Produkts im Verhältnis zu dem Gegenstück (8) bewegt wird, um während des fortschreitenden, auf die Bewegung des Kolbens (4) zurückführbaren Mitnehmens des Produkts einen nahezu konstanten Abstand zwischen der freien Oberfläche der genannten Masse und dem Gegenstück aufrechtzuerhalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet- daß das Produkt ein ultrafeines, kompaktiertes Pulver ist und daß das zum Dispergieren benutzte Fluid ein Gas ist,- daß die Oberfläche des Gegenstücks (8) insgesamt senkrecht zur Achse des Speicherbehälters (1 ) und nahezu parallel zurfreien Oberfläche des Pulvers verläuft,- daß der auf den Kolben ausgeübte Fluiddruck in Abhängigkeit von der Orientierung und den auf den Speicherbehälter (1) einwirkenden Beschleunigungen angepaßt ist, und zwar derart, daß der Abstand zwischen der freien Oberfläche des Pulvers und der Oberfläche des Gegenstücks (8) nahezu konstant gehalten wird,- daß man den zum Überstreichen und Abtragen der Masse des Pulvers dienenden Gasdurchsatz bei einem Wert oberhalb eines Mindestwertes hält, und zwar derart, daß sich in der Masse keine Vorzugswege ergeben, welche ein beträchtliches Absinken des Pulverdurchsatzes mit sich bringen würden.
