Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum hydromechanischen Polieren der inneren Oberflächen von Werkstücken, die in der Metallurgie, dem Maschinenbau und anderen Gebieten der Technik Anwendung findet. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist durch eine Einrichtung gelöst, die zwei Greifmechanismen (5a, 5b) aufweist, in denen die zu bearbeitenden Werkstücke (6) gehalten werden. Die Vorrichtung ist mit einem polierenden Werkzeug (7) ausgerüstet, das mit einer Schmier- und Kühlflüssigkeitsquelle in Verbindung steht. Gemäß der Erfindung wird in jedem der Greifmechanismen (1a, 1b) ein Endstück (2a, 2b) angeordnet. Die Endstücke (2a, 2b) sind im Vorderteil einer speisenden Impulseinrichtung (1a, 1b) ausgebildet. In das eine Ende des zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks (6) wird ein polierendes Werkzeug (7) schwimmend eingeführt. Jeder Greifmechanismus (5a, 5b) ist mit einem mittels eines Ventils (9a, 9b) mit der Schmier- und Kühlflüssigkeitsquelle verbundenen kontaktlosen Geber (8a, 8b) versehen. Das polierende Werkzeug (7) besteht aus einem porös-elastischen Element, auf dessen zylindrischer Oberfläche schraubenförmige Kanäle (12) ausgebildet sind. Das porös-elastische Element (11) ist mit Endstücken (13) versehen, die beweglich in Muffen (14) montiert sind.
