Abstract
Description
The object of the invention relates to cosmetics, in particular the field of dental and oral care.
Tooth brushing and toothpaste are known. Tooth powder has largely proven to be unsuitable because a large part is dispersed during use. Therefore, after the toothpaste appeared on the market, they were practically no longer needed. However, toothpastes have a larger volume (around 30% how much water they contain), they must be filled into tubes, the tube must have a closure, and everything must be packed in boxes (to avoid damaging the tube) . As far as the mechanical effect is concerned, toothpastes have no advantages compared to toothpaste. Only the toothpastes are packaged in a more practical packaging, which in turn makes the whole product more expensive by at least 30%.
In addition to the disadvantages mentioned, the cleaning agents mentioned above have no dosage option. The individual dosage depends on the person using the product, their habits, thrift, their current mood, the amount that is left in the tube, and other factors.
In der US-A-1 995 374 wird eine Zahnbürste beschrieben, die speziell ausgebildet ist, um Zahnpflegemittel-Tabletten aufzunehmen.US-A-1 995 374 describes a toothbrush that is specially designed to hold dentifrice tablets.
Auch die US-A-1 896 982 beschreibt eine Zahnbürste, die im Stiel Zahnpflegetabletten enthält, die man dann in den Kopfteil der Zahnbürste schiebt, wo sie irgendwie aufgeweicht und von innen entlang der Bürste in den Mundraum gelangen.US-A-1 896 982 also describes a toothbrush which contains dental care tablets in the handle, which are then pushed into the head part of the toothbrush, where they are somehow softened and reach the oral cavity from the inside along the brush.
Die FR-A-2 172 379 offenbart ebenfalls eine Zahnbürste, in deren Stiel Zahnpflegetabletten enthalten sind.FR-A-2 172 379 also discloses a toothbrush, in the handle of which dental care tablets are contained.
All these suggestions have one disadvantage: You need special toothbrushes and are therefore dependent on a toothbrush company and a dental care company. Therefore, these suggestions have not been successful on the market.
The technical problem that had to be solved is as follows: How can you form (design) a dental care product, dose and use it in individual cases, how can you save on packaging, how can you reduce pollution, and how effective is the Not reduce dentifrices?
This object is achieved by the dentifrice according to the invention in portioned tablet form, the dentifrice being packaged according to the invention in the form of a roll.
The object of the invention is to provide portioned dentifrices in a form which enables the consumer to save both dentifrices, keep them hygienically and ultimately use the customary toothbrushes available for brushing teeth.
- a) one saves the tube, the closure and the box because the agent only needs to be wrapped in a film,
- b) the dosage for one-time tooth brushing is determined industrially, ie it is not carried out by the user,
- c) ergonomic effect: the preparation of toothbrushing saves time and movements (there is no opening, no squeezing and no closing of the tube, as with toothpaste),
- d) hygienic point of view: when using the tube, the tube comes into contact with several toothbrushes from one household,
- e) environmental protection is achieved by reducing waste, because only the film is thrown away and not the tube, the closure and the box.
- f) The volume of the dentifrice is reduced by approx. 30%.
The essence of the invention is based on the formation of the components that make up the dentifrice, on the determination of the individual dosage and on a special method which is associated with the preparation for use. Forming into the desired shape can be accomplished in several ways. An average technologist can take the form of a brick (Fig. 1) or a tablet (Fig. 5) from the powder or from the granulate.
The dosage of the agent is solved as soon as you know the shape, because the size and the weight of the mass (e.g. the brick or tablet shape) also determine the amount of the active ingredient.
The basic requirement of this invention is that the mentioned form decomposes into a paste under the influence of water or saliva in a period of up to 5 seconds (Figs. 2, 3, 4 and 6, 7, 8), which can be achieved if a swelling or decomposing agent is added to the powder or granules, as well as through the multi-layer processing. It is desirable that the molded shape in section much Poro- s i ty (like the sponge) so that it has larger absorption capacity.
An example of forming with the swellability under the influence of water or saliva in the time of 5 seconds in laboratory conditions: The toothpaste (an exception are silicone toothpastes, which have proven unsuitable for such processing), about 40% calcium carbonate is added (weight ratio ). You mix it well. Then you put it in the shape (the model) of the desired shape (shape) (e.g. Fig. 1 or 5). Then you put it at a temperature of 80 ° C for about 3 hours. The mixture swells, a porosity forms inside the mixture and the desired shape is achieved. Then let it cool down. Then you take it out of the mold (the model) and the dentifrice is ready for use.

- Fig. 2 application to the toothbrush,
- Fig. 3 Moistening the dentifrice with a few drops of water,
- Fig. 4 After a period of up to 5 seconds, the agent decomposes into the toothpaste, after which the teeth can be brushed with the toothbrush as usual.
- Fig. 5 removal from the pack,
- Fig. 6 Place under the tongue
- Fig. 7 After 5 seconds the agent breaks down into the paste,
- Fig. 8 Then the paste is transferred to the upper front teeth, then you can brush your teeth as usual with a toothbrush.
