Wenn ein solches Bügelbrett aus seiner Stellung unterhalb der Arbeits-bzw. Tischplatte mittels des Auszuges herausgezogen wird, hält das in sich bewegliche Glied kurz vor dem Ende der Bewegung des Auszuges das Bügelbrett fest, so daß sich bei einer Weiterbewegung des Auszuges die Lenker nach oben verschwenken, wobei sich das Bügelbrett in die obere Arbeitslage anhebt. Beim Einschieben des Auszuges erfolgt der Vorgang dann umgekehrt und das Bügelbrett senkt sich entsprechend der Einschubbewegung des Auszuges wiederum in die Ruhestellung ab.
