Claims (5)

1. Dispositif pour relier une première tôle (16) à une seconde tôle (12), qui comporte une perforation possédant une forme prédéterminée, et comprenant :
- un poinçon (40) servant à refouler la matière de la première tôle à travers la perforation et extruder la matière refoulée à travers la perforation, en arrière de cette dernière, et
- une matrice comportant des éléments de support (14) prévus pour l'application et le soutien de la seconde tôle à proximité de la perforation, et une enclume (20), qui est disposée entre les éléments de support et possède une tête (18), et dans laquelle la tête (18) fait saillie au-dessus des extrémités libres des éléments de support, en étant précontrainte élastiquement, et, lors du refoulement et de l'extrusion, l'enclume (20) peut être déplacée jusqu'à une butée (38), la section transversale du poinçon possédant une forme géométrique semblable à la section transversale de l'enclume, mais en étant plus petite que cette section, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de support (14) peuvent être déviés élastiquement latéralement sous l'action du matériau de la première tôle, qui, lors de l'extrusion, agit sur ces éléments de support.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la butée (38) est réglable.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la matrice comporte un socle de forme tubulaire (26), dans lequel une partie formant pied (28) de l'enclume est logée de manière à pouvoir y glisser.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la butée est formée par un boulon fileté (38) vissé dans le socle (26).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, en tant que ressort (30), un ressort hélicoïdal de pression logé dans le socle.
