Claims (24)

1. Beschlag für ein Fenster oder eine Fenstertür, der mittels eines einzigen Handgriffes (6) betätigbar ist, mit welchem dem Beschlag (1) eine Verriegelungsstellung und zwei Öffnungsstellungen erteilbar sind, wobei der zwischen dem Stockrahmen (2) und dem Flügelrahmen (3) angeordnete Beschlag (1) zumindest ein Verriegelungselement (8, 108), das mit einem Betätigungsgestänge (7) verbunden ist, welches an einem der Rahmen angeordnet und mittels des Handgriffes (6) einer Bewegung um die Größe von zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten unterworfen wird, und zumindest eine Schließkappe (10, 110) aufweist, die mit dem Verriegelungselement (8, 108) zusammenarbeitet und am anderen Rahmen angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einerseits eine Verriegelungsanordnung (9, 109) aufweist, von welcher einer der Teile (Verriegelungselement (8,108), Schließkappe (10, 110)) um die Größe eines Bewegungsschrittes (14, 114) des Betätigungsgestänges (7, 26, 27, 107, 126, 127) in Richtung der Bewegung des letzteren bewegbar ist, und anderseits eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung (45, 145, 69, 169), welche das Verriegelungselement (8, 108) nach dessen linearer Translationsbewegung blockiert.
2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung eines der Teile (8, 10) der Verriegelungsanordnung (9) eine Versetzungsbewegung ist.
3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zum Versetzen eines der Teile (8, 10) der Verriegelungsanordnung (9) zwei Fixiersitze (16, 17) aufweist, deren gegenseitiger Abstand (18) dem Bewegungsschritt (14) des Betätigungsgestänges (7) entspricht.
4. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung eines der Teile (8, 10) der Verriegelungsanordnung (9) eine lineare Translationsbewegung ist.
5. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er für die lineare Translationsbewegung eines der Teile (8, 10) der Verriegelungsanordnung (9) ein Langloch (19) aufweist, wobei der Abstand (20) zwischen den beiden Endstellungen (21, 22) einem Bewegungsschritt (14) des Betätigungsgestänges (7) entspricht.
6. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung eines der Teile (8, 10) der Verriegelungsanordnung (9) eine Drehung um 180° um eine Achse (23) ist, die um einen halben Bewegungsschritt (14) des Betätigungsgestänges (7) exzentrisch angeordnet ist.
7. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine oder der andere Teil (82, 101, 10z) der Verriegelungsanordnung (9) zwei Verriegelungsstellungen (11, 12) aufweist, die um die Größe eines Bewegungsschrittes (14) des Betätigungsgestänges (7) voneinander entfernt sind.
8. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Teil das Verriegelungselement (8) ist, das mit dem Betätigungsgestänge (7) verbunden ist.
9. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Teil die Schließkappe (10) ist.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherheitsvorrichtung einen Längsschlitz (45, 145) aufweist, dessen Längsachse (46, 146) in der gleichen Ebene liegt wie die Längsachse (47, 147) des Betätigungsgestänges (7, 26, 27-107,126,127) und in welchem zwei Durchtrittsöffnungen (48, 49, 148, 149) mit etwa kreisförmiger Gestalt ausgebildet sind.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Durchtrittsöffnungen (48, 49, 148, 149) einen Durchmesser (51, 151) haben, der größer als die Breite (52, 152) des Längsschlitzes (45, 145) ist, und daß der gegenseitige Achsabstand (50, 150) der beiden Durchtrittsöffnungen (48, 49, 148, 149) einem Bewegungsschritt (14, 114) des Betätigungsgestänges (7, 26, 27, 107, 126, 127) entspricht.
12. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Durchtrittsöffnung (48, 49, 148, 149) zwei Kreissegmente (53, 54 ; 55, 56 ; 153, 154; 155, 156) aufweist, die mit einem Anschlag (57, 58 ; 59, 60 ; 157, 158 ; 159, 160) versehen sind, welche einander diametral gegenüberliegen.
13. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Anschlag (57, 58 ; 59, 60 ; 157, 158 ; 159, 160) eine Wand (61, 62, 63, 64, 161. 162,163,164) aufweist, die parallel zur Querachse (65, 66 ; 165, 166) der Durchtrittsöffnungen (48, 49 ; 148, 149) ist.
14. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherheitsvorrichtung einen Sicherheitsriegel (69, 169) aufweist, der ein Flachstück (73, 173) hat, dessen gerundete Enden (74, 75, 174, 175) zu den Kreissegmenten (53, 54 ; 55, 56 ; 153, 154 ; 155, 156) konzentrisch sind.
15. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gerundeten Enden (74, 75 ; 174, 175) des Flachstückes (73, 173) auf einem Durchmesser liegen, der dem Durchmesser (51) der Durchtrittsöffnungen (48, 49 ; 148, 149) entspricht.
16. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Seiten (77, 78 ; 177, 178) des Flachstückes (73, 173) mit den Wänden (61-64; 161-164) der Anschläge (57-60 ; 157-160) zusammenwirken, um die Drehung des Sicherheitsriegels (69, 169) zu begrenzen und das Flachstück (73, 173) senkrecht zur Längsachse (46, 146) des Längsschlitzes (45, 145) auszurichten.
17. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flachstück (73, 173) eine Breite (76, 176) aufweist, welche der Breite (52, 152) für die Translation des Sicherheitsriegels (69,169) und folglich des Verriegelungselementes (8, 108) entspricht.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherheitsriegel (69, 169), der frei drehbar, aber zur Translation mit dem Verriegelungselement (8, 108) verbunden ist, auf seiner Vorderseite (70, 170) eine Nut (72, 172) für den Einsatz eines Betätigungselementes (84) zur Veränderung der Lage des Sicherheitsriegels (69, 169) aufweist.
19. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherheitsriegel (69, 169) eine Verriegelungsstellung und eine Entriegelungsstellung für die Translation des Verriegelungselementes (8, 108) aufweist.
20. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement (8, 108) mit einem Gleitstück (44, 144) verbunden ist und auf seiner Hinterseite (67, 167) einen Sitz (68, 168) aufweist, in welchem der Sicherheitsriegel (69, 169) angeordnet ist.
21. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement (8, 108) auf seiner Vorderseite (79, 179) einen Schlitz (80, 180) aufweist, welcher der Nut (72, 172) gegenüberliegt und in den Sitz (68, 168) ausmündet.
22. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (80, 180) eine Öffnung (81, 181) aufweist, deren Durchmesser größer als die Breite des Schlitzes (80, 180) ist.
23. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (84) eine Breite (85) hat, welche der Länge (83, 183) des Schlitzes (80, 180) entspricht und eine Dicke entsprechend der Breite (82, 182) des Schlitzes (80, 180).
24. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (84) an seinem Ende (86) eine Verengung aufweist, deren Breite (88) geringfügig kleiner als der Durchmesser der Öffnung (81, 181) ist und deren Höhe (89) geringfügig größer als die zwischen dem Sitz (68, 168) und der Vorderseite (79, 179) des Verriegelungselementes (8, 108) vorhandene Dicke (90, 190) ist.
