Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zum Zerschneiden eines Schaumkunststoffkörpers (4) oder dergleichen weist ein Schneiddrahtsystem auf, dessen Schneiddrähte (3, 4) in Längsrichtung von zwei einen Abstand voneinander aufweisenden, parallel zueinander und senkrecht zu den Schneiddrähten (3, 4) verlaufenden Halterungsstäben (5, 6) mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind. An den Halterungsstäben (5, 6) sind die Schneiddrähte (3, 4) mit ihren Enden exzentrisch befestigt und jeweils einem von zwei Schneiddrahtsätzen (30, 40) zugeordnet, die ihre Schneiddrähte (3 bzw. 4) in jeweils einer Ebene (31 bzw. 41) aufweisen und mit Hilfe eines an den Halterungsstäben (5, 6) angreifenden und diesen eine um ihre Längsachse oszillierende gegensinnige Bewegung erteilenden Oszillationsantriebes (7) in Längsrichtung ihrer Schneiddrähte (3, 4) gegenläufig hin- und herbewegbar sind. Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist aus der EP-OS 0 003 167 und der zur selben Patentfamilie gehörenden US-PS 4 222 299 bekannt. Die Ebenen der beiden Schneiddrahtsätze fallen bei dieser Vorrichtung zusammen. d. h. alle Schneiddrähte liegen in ein und derselben Ebene. Die Enden der Schneiddrähte der beiden Schneiddrahtsätze sind an den beiden Halterungsstäben jeweils auf derselben Mantelseite befestigt, und zwar die einen Enden über Schraubenfedern und die anderen Enden über in Längsrichtung undehnbare Befestigungsmittel, wobei die zum einen Schneiddrahtsatz gehörenden Schraubenfedern dem einen Halterungsstab und die zum anderen Schneiddrahtsatz gehörenden Befestigungsmittel dem anderen Halterungsstab zugeordnet sind. Die gegensinnig oszillierenden Halterungsstäbe bewirken dann unter periodischer Veränderung der Länge der Schraubenfedern die gegenläufige Hin- und Herbewegung der beiden Schneiddrahtsätze, welche die Ausübung von unerwünschten Kräften und Momenten auf den zu zerschneidenden Schaumkunststoffkörper vermeidet. Vorteilhaft ist dabei der geringe konstruktive Aufwand, weil insgesamt nur zwei oszillierende Halterungsstäbe und ein entsprechend einfacher Oszillationsantrieb benötigt werden. In der Praxis beobachtet man jedoch den Nachteil, daß die auch der Spannung der Schneiddrähte dienenden Schraubenfedern infolge ihrer periodischen Längenänderung insbesondere im Bereich ihrer endseitigen Befestigungsösen verhältnismäßig schnell brechen bzw. verschleißen.Such a device is known from EP-OS 0,003,167 and belonging to the same patent family US - known PS 4,222,299. Diese beiden Halterungsstäbe sind aber nur den Schneiddrähten des einen Schneiddrahtsatzes zugeordnet, während für die Schneiddrähte des anderen Schneiddrahtsatzes zwei weitere, ebenfalls gleichsinnig oszillierende Halterungsstäbe vorgesehen sind, die jedoch zu den beiden anderen Halterungsstäben des ersten Schneiddrahtsatzes gegensinnig oszillieren.From DE-OS 28 05 625 and US Pat. Diese Schneiddrähte 3, 4 sind in Längsrichtung von zwei Halterungsstäben 5, 6 mit entsprechend der Plattenstärke vorgegebenem Abstand voneinander angeordnet. Die beiden Halterungsstäbe 5, 6 weisen einen Abstand voneinander auf, der größer ist als die Breite des zu zerschneidenden Schaumkunststoffkörpers 1 und verlaufen parallel zueinander sowie senkrecht zu den Schneiddrähten 3, 4. sie man insbesondere in Fig. 2 erkennt, sind die Schneiddrähte 3, 4 mit ihren Enden exzentrisch an den beiden Halterungsstäben 5, 5 befestigt. Außerdem entnimmt man einer vergleichenden Betrachtung beider Figuren, daß die Schneiddrähte 3, 4 jeweils einem von zwei Schneiddrahtsätzen 30 bzw. 40 zugeordnet sind, und zwar in der Weise, daß aufeinanderfolgende Schneiddrähte 3, 4 jeweils nicht demselben Schneiddrahtsatz 30 bzw. 40 angehören. Grundsätzlich ist auch eine andere Zuordnung möglich, zu beachten ist nur, daß etwa die eine Hälfte der Schneiddrähte 3 dem einen Schneiddrahtsatz 30 sowie die restlichen Schneiddrähte 4 dem anderen Schneiddrantsatz 40 angehören und die Verteilung der Schneiddrähte 3. 4 auf die beiden Schneiddrahtsätze 30, 40 bezüglich einer in halber Länge der Halterungsstäbe 5, 6 verlaufenden Mittellinie in etwa symmetrisch ist. Beide Schneiddrahtsätze 30, 40 weisen ihre Schneiddrähte 3, 4 in jeweils einer Ebene 31 bzw. 41 auf. Mit Hilfe eines an den Halterungsstäben 5, 6 angreifenden und diesen eine um ihre Längsachse oszillierende Bewegung erteilenden Oszillationsantriebes 7 sind die Schneiddrähte 3, 4 der beiden Schneiddrahtsätze 30, 40 in ihrer Längsrichtung gegenläufig hin- und herbewegbar, d. h. die Schneiddrähte 3 des einen Schneiddrahtsatzes 30 bewegen sich stets gegenläufig zu den Schneiddrähten 4 des anderen Schneiddrahtsatzes 40.The cutting wire system has a plurality of cutting wires 5, 4. Die einen Enden der Schneiddrähte 3 des einen Schneiddrahtsatzes 30 sind an die in Fig. 1 vordere bzw. in Fig. 2 untere Mantelseite des linken Halterungsstabes 5 geführt, während die zugeordneten Enden der Schneiddrähte 4 des anderen Schneiddrahtsatzes 40 an die gegenüberliegende, d. h. in fig. 1 hintere bzw. in Fig. 2 obere Mantelseite des linken Halterungsstabes 5 geführt sind. Am anderen, d. h. in den Figuren rechten Halterungsstab 6 ist die Anordnung der Enden der Schneiddrähte 3, 4 entsprechend umgekehrt, sind also die Enden des erstgenannten Schneiddrahtsatzes 30 an die in Fig. 1 hintere bzw. in Fig. 2 obere Mantelseite des rechten Halterungsstabes 6 und die Endes des zweitgenannten Schneiddrahtsatzes 40 an die in Fig. 1 vordere bzw. in Fig. 2 untere Mantelseite des rechten Halterungsstabes 6 geführt.A renewed comparative examination of the two figures reveals that the planes 31, 41 of the two cutting wires sets 30, 40 between the support rods 5, 6, which oscillate in opposite directions to each other, cut at an acute angle, which will be made as small as possible under the given circumstances, so that in a first approximation of all the cutting wires 3, 4 being parallel can speak. Sämtliche Schneiddrähte 3, 4 sind elektrisch beheizbar, die entsprechenden Stromanschlüsse sind jedoch nicht dargestellt. Um die Schneiddrähte 3, 4 unter Spannung zu halten, ist zumindest jeweils ein Ende eines Schneiddrahtsatzes 3 bzw. 4 über eine Schraubenfeder 8 mit dem zugeordneten Halterungsstab 5 bzw. 6 verbunden. An welchem Ende diese Schraubenfeder 8 jeweils angeordnet wird oder ob, wie dargestellt, beispielsweise mit zwei Schraubenfedern 8 gearbeitet wird, ist gleichgültig. Jedenfalls sollten die Enden der Schneiddrähte 3, 4 in ihrem mit dem jeweiligen Halterungsstab 5, 6 in Berührung kommenden Teil aus einem Seilabschnitt 9 bestehen, der die im Zuge der Oszillation auftretende zu- bzw. abnenmende Umschlingung des Halterungsstabes 5 bzw. 6 nicht behindert. Die beiden Halterungsstäbe 5, 6 sind jeweils aus einem Kernstab 10 und zwei mit diesem z. B. durch Verklebung verbundenen Halterungshalbschalen 11 aufgebaut, was aus Fig. 2 ohne weiteres ersichtlich ist. Der Oszillationsantrieb 7 für die beiden Halterungsstäbe 5, 6 ist nur in Fig. 2 angedeutet. Er besteht aus einem Exzenterantrieb 12, dessen Pleuelstange 13 an einen Radialhebel 14 am einen Ende des einen Halterungsstabes 5 angelenkt ist. Claims (6)

1. Vorrichtung zum Zerschneiden eines Schaumkunststoffkörpers oder dergleichen, mit einem Schneiddrahtsystem, dessen Schneiddrähte in Längsrichtung von zwei einen Abstand voneinander aufweisenden, parallel zueinander und senkrecht zu den Schneiddrähten verlaufenden Halterungsstäben mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, an welchen die Schneiddrähte mit ihren Enden exzentrisch befestigt und jeweils einem von zwei Schneiddrahtsätzen zugeordnet sind, die ihre Schneiddrähte in jeweils einer Ebene aufweisen und mit Hilfe eines an den Halterungsstäben angreifenden und diesen eine um ihre Längsachse oszillierende gegensinnige Bewegung erteilenden Oszillationsantriebes in Längsrichtung ihrer Schneiddrähte gegenläufig hin- und herbewegbar sind, dadurch gekannzeichnet, daß sich die Ebenen (31, 41) der beiden Schneiddrahtsätze (30, 40) zwischen den beiden Halterungsstäben (5, 6) unter einem spitzen Winkel schneiden und die Enden der Schneiddrähte (3, 4) der beiden Schneiddrahtsätze (30, 40) jeweils auf die gegenüberliegenden Mantelseiten der beiden Halterungsstäbe (5, 6) geführt sind.1.Device for cutting a foam plastic body or the like, with a cutting wire system, the cutting wires of which are arranged in the longitudinal direction of two spaced apart, parallel to each other and perpendicular to the cutting rods holding rods at which the cutting wires are attached eccentrically with their ends and are each assigned to one of two cutting wire sets, each of which has their cutting wires in one plane and can be moved back and forth in the longitudinal direction of their cutting wires with the aid of an oscillating drive engaging the holding rods and imparting an opposite movement oscillating about their longitudinal axis, characterized in that the planes (31, 41) of the two cutting wire sets (30, 40) between the two support bars (5, 6) intersect at an acute angle and the ends of the cutting wires (3, 4) of the two cutting wire sets (30, 40) each hurry to the opposite jacket sides of the two support rods (5, 6) are guided. 2.
